Christie reward, don’t make eye contact

467

Brendan Rodgers would be happy to have given pretty much his entire first team squad a run-out yesterday. I’d expect a similar usage of the squad in Ljubljana on Wednesday but Saturday’s game against Maribor.

There’s seldom anything more than fitness to take from these games but when a young player scored what proves to be a winner, it’s likely to matter more. Ryan Christie looked stressed at the end of last season when five Celtic players scored before he – when playing as striker – got on the scoresheet. Yesterday’s win against Sturm Graz will count for Ryan.

So Bayer Leverkusen are after Efe Ambrose. Not surprised at that one. Surprise isn’t an appropriate word, not at all. Everyone just look at your shoes, don’t make eye contact, poker faces, please.

We never agree on anything except Celtic, never have.

I wouldn’t have it any other way!

  2. Looking forward to the day CQN leader slates Peter Lawell and asks us all to look at our shows when he departs for cow pats new.

Oh I really really really look forward to that day.

Ambrose was not the greatest player we have ever had in our team. He has on occassion made a clusterduck of it. Like many other defenders in our team this last few years.

I wish Ambrose the best of luck if he does depart and thank him for his efforts.

As for the Bonus collector I wish he would just get to duckland.

    Yesterday`s chip paper , mate.

    Just a thought.

    1) Farage quit because he had achieved his stated intention of taking U.K. out of the E.C..

    2) Johnson quit as a matter of principle because he wished to refute the claim ( widely held on C.Q.N.) that he was only in it to achieve his ultimate aim of being prime minister.

Just seen this on UEFA site, interesting if you have an interest in RES12.

The UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) adjudicatory chamber, chaired by José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues, has taken decisions in the cases of four clubs that had been referred to it by the acting CFCB chief investigator, due to the presence of overdue payables.

    Related Items

•Update on work of the CFCB investigatory chamber

    •Nine FFP investigations opened

The decisions of the CFCB adjudicatory chamber are as follows:

FK Ekranas (LTU): The club is excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next two seasons (i.e. 2015/16 and 2016/17). The club has also been fined €15,000.

CFR 1907 Cluj (ROU): The club is excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next three seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18), unless the club is able to prove by 31 January 2015 that the amounts that were identified as overdue payables on 30 September 2014 have been paid. In addition, CFR have also been fined €150,000.

FC Astra Giurgiu (ROU): The club is excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next three seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18), unless the club is able to prove by 31 January 2015 that the amounts that were identified as overdue payables on 30 September 2014 have been paid. The club have also been fined €100,000.

Bursaspor (TUR): The suspended exclusion imposed by the Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS) in 2012 comes into effect and Bursaspor are therefore excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next four seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19).

The CFCB adjudicatory chamber has now imposed on Bursaspor a further exclusion (i.e. for a different season to the season in which the above-mentioned immediate exclusion applies) from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next four seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19). This new exclusion applies unless the club is able to prove by 31 January 2015 that the amounts that were identified as overdue payables on 30 September 2014 have been paid.

The club has also been fined €100,000, half of which is suspended and will only fall due if the club are not able to prove by the above-mentioned deadline that it has paid the above amount of overdue payables.

and his wife Cynthia were committed Fabians in the 1920s and at the start of the 1930s. Mosley appears in a list of names of Fabians from Fabian News and the Fabian Society Annual Report 1929–31. He was Kingsway Hall lecturer in 1924 and Livingstone Hall lecturer in 1931.

    Office[edit]

Mosley then made a bold bid for political advancement within the Labour Party. He was close to Ramsay MacDonald and hoped for one of the great offices of state, but when Labour won the 1929 general election he was appointed only to the post of Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (de facto Minister without Portfolio, outside the Cabinet). He was given responsibility for solving the unemployment problem, but found that his radical proposals were blocked either by his superior James Henry Thomas or by the Cabinet.[citation needed]

Ok I just found the wiki page.

It also discuss’s his joining of the Conservative party as an MP at Westminster nis defection to Labour after his disagreement with the party due to the treatment of the Irish with regards the Black and Tan’s (likely his only ever real true allegiance due to his heritage). His joining the Labour party, his joining of teh Independant Labour Party, his leaving the Labour party and setting up his own party The New Party, his gaining support of both Conservatives and Labour parliamentatrians, his then walk into fascism and setting up of the BUF in a growing fascist Europe, hsi growing support of fascist Britian until sadly for him The Blitz blitzed that support.

But you extract jsut the wee bit that peddles your narrative. You would make a great politian don’t you know.

He was a narcisistic power seeker. the reasons for his leaving the Labour Party only supports that afterhe was not afforded a position he deemed himself worthy of.
