At Saturday’s, league game at home to strugglers, Hermanstadt, Cluj manager Dan Petrescu rested every single player who started against Celtic last week. Whatever modest noises he makes in the media before tomorrow’s game, Cluj are prepared to throw everything into beating Celtic.
They will arrive in Glasgow today planning to hit Celtic on the break, as they did in Romania on Wednesday. By contrast, Celtic have three days to recover from their comfortable win at Fir Park.
Neil Lennon called it right being critical of how Celtic opened against Motherwell on Saturday. At times, our passing and long-ball game were reminder of the early 90s. Fortunately, there was an ocean of talent to put things right.

By that stage, fatigue would have been his biggest opponent. Earlier in the game, he looked composed, including when he made a decision to pass across the face of goal to Scott Bain. Both players will improve as they get up to speed.

Hello again all you young rebels.
Those that are still wakened that is, lol.
Just about recovered from a fantastic weekend with the peninsula rebels.
Our dinner dance was not only a celebration of our clubs treble treble
but a chance for people who had never seen the European cup have their
photo taken with it, and as usual various charities benifited due to the
generous Celtic support.
Also great to see the president and friends from the St Kilda Jock Stein CSC
in attendance helping to keep an alliance between all the Celtic clubs in Oz.
Now to get my sannies ready and a wee visit to the bottle shop for our
usual early morning rise to watch the bhoys European exploits again, or
should i just stay up and put on the rebs hmmm?

Could probably have sold it out twice over and the amount of people

And all proceeds going to charity, so kudos to PADDYMACOZ and his

the profile of the Celtic further more in this area and beyond.

After Season one of BR the football has been a little dull at times – successful but dull all the same. Not all down to us with lots of bus parking and killing the game but our lack of alternative plan to break teams down. Now however it’s rock and roll football and game day is exciting from the minute you wake up. Ok we would all like us to be a little tighter at the back at times but threat going forward has me on the edge of my seat – it’s exciting, it’s entertaining and it’s the Celtic way and it’s very welcome.
