Cognitive challenge when supporting anyone but Celtic

619

In a world where Oh Hyeon-gyu is worth £3.5m, Adam Idah is worth significantly more.  The players were born 61 days apart and have made vastly different impacts at Celtic.  Oh travelled to Europe as a 21-year-old and clearly took time to settle, but you could make youthful excuses for Adam, if his stay in Glasgow had not been so spectacularly successful.

Caveat: notices of interest in a player is not always carried through, but if Genk are keen, £3.5m is right in their sweet spot.

I enjoy international tournaments.  The Olympics are great, the Euros are better and the World Cup is best.  But is it not easier when you don’t have to worry about scores?  You and I look at football through the lens of people who expect to win almost all the time.  This presents a cognitive challenge when supporting anyone with a lower win profile.

So officially, “I’m not bothered” about results.

Just who learned that ?.Just you I would hazard a guess at.Or are you doing a straw Poll in your house?..

  3. A decent holding midfielder al a broonie type player may have helped

THIS WAS NOT THE GAME WE NEEDED TO TAKE POINTS FROM

We need to regroup and get into the swiss and be hungry against Hungary lol

I don’t know if it’s the white strips but the Germans look like proper athletes, bigger, faster and stronger,

  5. Ryan Christie on his own up front?

Surely better to bring on Tommy Conway, and if we want to keep RC on drop him back to midfield.

Really interesting how very good players in a Scotland jersey can be made to look very ordinary.

  7. Its ok tho cos our bestest athlete, the magnifico wee giilmour has yet to come on and change the game

  8. I saw Musial’s twice when he played for Auchinlek Talbot, and said Celtic should sign him.

We have a decent midfield, but really poor centre halves and strikers

We have no difference makers like wales did with Bale

    This is not our game

We neeed to keep the rest of the players on the park and plough forward to the next 2 games

  10. Not too sure about the Scotland strip to be fair, looks like the kind of top you used to get in Mr Byrite.

That said we’re playing a wee bit better with ten men.

Never mind our bhoys- too EPL players can’t pass the ball or hold it for two seconds

The set up suits with Clarke

    Will ask my uncle

He goes regular to talbots games……

Infact him and my dad recently paid an extra 20 bucks and got the hospitality package

  13. Germany looking more like their old selves.

Then again two of their club teams reached Euro Cup Finals, another a CL semi-final. EPL teams never reached any.

Sorry to hear of your problems after my recommendation I use it with MICROSOFT EDGE. If it’s not working for you just uninstall it. Sorry it never helped. I don’t get any ads or problems with it.
