CAMERON CARTER-VICKERS will start his first Premiership game in two months when he lines up against Kilmarnock at Parkhead today.

The central defender has been missing from the league side since being removed at half-time through injury in the 3-1 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie on August 13.

Carter-Vickers made his comeback as a second-half substitute in the 2-1 Champions League loss to Lazio in midweek, but did enough to convince Brendan Rodgers he was fit enough to start against the Rugby Park outfit.

TEAM: Hart; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor; O’Riley, McGregor, Hatate; Maeda, Kyogo, Palma. Subs: Bain, Phillips, Yang, Holm, Oh, Tomoki, Bernardo, Forrest and Ralston.

Earlier today, we asked you how much you could remember of recent encounters with the Ayrshire club in CQN’s fun five-minute quiz to test your knowledge.

Now we repeat those questions and provide the answers.

KILLIE JOY…Kyogo Furuhashi celebrates the opening goal in Celtic’s 5-0 win at Rugby Park in August last year. Josip Juranovic looks on. (See Question 2.)

1: Celtic beat Kilmarnock 2-0 in the Viaplay League Cup semi-final at Hampden in January. Who scored his last-ever Hoops goal that day?

2: The champions hammered Derek McInnes’ team 5-0 at Rugby Park in August last year. Remarkably, only one of the five goalscorers is still at Parkhead. Can you name him?

3: True or false: Joe Hart had four successive shut-outs against Killie last season?

4: Two players made their first Celtic starts against Killie earlier in the season. Can you name them?

5:  Celtic beat the Rugby Park team 2-0 at Parkhead in January. Can you name the goalscorers?

1: Giorgos Giakoumakis.

2: Kyogo Furuhashi. Other scorers were Filipe Jota, Moritz Jenz, Carl Starfelt and Giakoumakis.

3: False. Joe Hart conceded a goal in the Hoops’ 4-1 win at Rugby Park in April.

4: Gustaf Lagerbielke and Odin Holm.

5: Jota and Ash Taylor (og).

Well done if you got five out of five. Go to the top of the class!
