CELTIC have confirmed the dates for the Champions League second qualifying round against FC Midtjylland.

The Hoops will host the first leg on Tuesday, July 20, with a kick-off time of 7:45pm and the return will take place in Denmark on July 28 with a 6.45pm commencement.

The opening tie will, of course, by Ange Postecoglou’s debut competitive match as Neil Lennon’s successor and the Greek/Australian is already making plans to make a favourable first impression.

Due to ongoing Covid lockdown restrictions, UEFA has decided not to allow away supporters to attend any of the qualifying phase and play-off matches. The Parkhead club request fans to continue to follow the government’s guidelines.

The first leg is part of the 2021/22 season ticket, either in person or virtually via the Pass to Paradise. Overseas (outside the UK and Ireland) fans can watch the home leg Live on Celtic TV.
