CONFIRMED: FRIMPONG, NTCHAM IN



JEREMIE FRIMPONG has been given the nod by Neil Lennon to return FOR this afternoon’s Premiership meeting with Motherwell at Parkhead.

Israeli international Hatem Abd Elhamed failed to recover from the groin strain that saw him replaced late in the second-half of Thursday’s historic 5-2 Europa League Group E triumph over Lazio in Rome.

It will be the 18-year-old Amsterdam-born right-back’s fifth outing for the Hoops after playing in four wins over Partick Thistle (5-0), Ross County (6-0), Aberdeen (4-0) and Hibs (5-2). He scored his first goal for the club in the romp pver the Dons at Pittodrie.

Also in the starting line-up is Olivier Ntcham, the matchwinner in Italy, with Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic on the substitutes’ bench.

Jonny Hayes continues in the No.3 berth in place of the injured Boli Bolingoli with £2.25million Greg Taylor also on stand-by duties.
