CONFIRMED: JOZO IN COMEBACK

JOZO SIMUNOVIC returns to the Celtic central defence for tonight’s Champions League third round qualifier against Cluj in Romania.
The Croatian centre-back missed the 7-0 romp against St Johnstone at Parkhead at the weekend through a domestic suspension, but got the nod from Neil Lennon to line up alongside Kristoffer Ajer for the first leg encounter against Dan Petrescu’s side.

Christopper Jullien, who was also banned and missed the game against the Perth outfit, remains on the substitutes’ bench while Israeli right-back Hatem Abd Elhamed, who was a doubt after limping off at the start of the second-half on Saturday, got the go-ahead to make his European debut for the Hoops.

Lewis Morgan also comes in for Mikey Johnston while Ryan Christie, with six goals already in this campaign, will continue in the main central role with Odsonne Edouard leading the attack.

There wasn’t a place for Scott Sinclair in Lennon’s 18-man squad.

TEAM: Bain; Elhamed, Simunovic, Ajer, Bolingoli; Brown, McGregor; Forrest, Christie, Morgan; Edouard. Subs: Gordon, Jullien, Bitton, Griffiths, Hayes, Shved, Ntcham.
