CONFIRMED: JULLIEN, GORDON START

NEIL LENNON, as expected, has handed new Bhoy Christopher Jullien his competitive debut in tonight’s Champions League qualifier against Nomme Kalju in Tallin.

The Hoops boss admitted it is the perfect opportunity for the £7million French central defender to get some valuable game-time, as CQN reported earlier today.

Celtic are 5-0 up from last week’s romp at Parkhead in the first leg of the second round qualifying tie and Lennon has also gone with Craig Gordon in goal for his first competitive start in 2019. Anthony Ralston comes in at right-back while there also places for Olivier Ntcham, Mikey Johnston and Lewis Morgan.

Leigh Griffiths, who scored his first goal of the year against the Estonians last week, leads the line, while Odsonne Edouard, Ryan Christie and Kristopher Ajer drop to the bench where they are joined by Scott Bain, Jonny Hayes, Scott Sinclair and Marian Shved.

TEAM: Gordon; Ralston, Simunovic, Jullien, Bolingoli; Brown, Bitton; Morgan, Ntcham, Johnston; Griffiths. Subs: Bain, Ajer, Sinclair, Hayes, Christie, Shved, Edouard
