CONFIRMED: KLIMALA IN, ROGIC OUT

1

PATRYK KLIMALA makes a rare appearance in the Celtic line-up for the visit of Aberdeen this afternoon.

The Polish striker gets the nod to line up alongside Odsonne Edouard while Australian international playmaker Tom Rogic drops out for the team that flopped 1-0 to Ross County in Dingwall on Sunday night.

Interim manager John Kennedy’s other change is enforced with Greg Taylor missing and Diego Laxalt coming in at left-back. The Scotland international limped out of the loss to the Highlanders early in the first-half.

With the likes of Leigh Griffiths, Albian Ajeti and Mohamed Elyounoussi on the bench, the Hoops have plenty of attacking options on stand-by.

Once again, there is no sign of Vasilis Barkas, the £4.5million keeper who also wasn’t in the squad for the match in Dingwall.

TEAM: Bain; Kenny, Ajer, Welsh, Laxalt; Brown, Christie, Turnbull, McGregor; Klimala, Edouard. Subs: Hazard, Duffy, Griffiths, Ajeti, Soro, Elyounoussi, Henderson, Montgomery, Ralston.
