BRENDAN RODGERS revamped his team for the encounter against St Mirren at Parkhead this afternoon as Celtic have the opportunity to go THIRTEEN points ahead at the Premiership pinnacle.

Philippe Clement’s Ibrox side drew 3-3 with Hibs at Easter Road earlier in the day to drop two points after their ‘revival’ in the derby on Thursday.

Auston Trusty is brought back into central defence at the expense of Liam Scales while Arne Engels and Luke McCowan start in midfield with Paulo Bernardo and Reo Hatate among the stand-by squad.

Adam Idah also leads the attack with Kyogo Furuhashi on the bench.

TEAM: Schmeichel; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Trusty, Taylor; Engels, McGregor, McCowan; Kuhn, Idah, Maeda. Subs: Sinisalo, Scales, Palma, Kyogo, Valle, Yang, Bernardo, Hatate and Ralston.

Earlier today, we asked how much you could remember about recent associations with the Saints in CQN‘s fun five-minute quiz to test your knowledge.
