JOZO SIMUNOVIC returns to the Celtic line-up for tonight’s Premiership confrontationĀ against Motherwell at Fir Park.

The Croatian defender stepped down on Sunday for the 4-1 win over Hamilton Accies on the artificial surface at the FYO Starium with 20-year-old Stephen Welsh making his debut in his place.

But Neil Lennon has again put his trust in Simunovic in a back three alongside Christopher Jullien, a scorer against Accies, and Kristoffer Ajer.

Greg Taylor starts for the third successive game wide on the left while Leigh Griffiths and Odsonne Edouard, who has claimed 22 goals this season, lead the attack.

Playmakers Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic, who came on to help get the three points at Hamilton, again start on the substitutes’ bench.

TEAM: Forster; Simunovic, Jullien, Ajer; Forrest, Brown, Ntcham, McGregor, Taylor; Griffiths, Edouard. Subs: Bain, Welsh, Bolingoli, Rogic, Christie, Elyounoussi and Kilmala.
