If Newco think SFA board member Gary Hughes is likely to be a thorn in their side due to his Celtic supporter credentials, or because he referred to (Oldco) fans as “the great unwashed” in 2006, I suspect they are mistaken.
Hughes was a member of the SFA board which last year decided decline the SPFL’s decision to investigate Oldco’s practices. What has now happened, due to the Daily Record’s splash on Hughes’ comment this morning, is that he is effectively neutered on the subject of Newco/Oldco.
None of this is likely to impact on the forthcoming action of Rangers licence to compete in European football in 2011, Gary Hughes has no influence there whatsoever. But it helps create a beleaguered narrative, should matters go against the Rangers group of clubs. And that lot, great or otherwise, do love a beleaguered narrative.

Weather wumin of the year HH ??
Marspapa-enjoy your last night mate:-))?
Next game at ibrox I reckon we will outnumber them with half hour still to play.
Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol fae Bangor is saying that his Irish audiences are the only ones who sing guitar riffs at their concerts. Seemingly Cork and Dublin gigs were his best ever. Rarararararara go the crowd during guitar solos. Only in Ireland.
Chocolate the best track for it seemingly.
Great Irish band wi great new album.
Snow Patrol Peace CSC
Good evening good Ghuys and Ghirls
Just in from taking the grandson to football training.
Regarding the Sevco Allocation, I would just ban them altogether from Paradise.
No matter if we let the same number as them into Paradise as they are allowing us into the Bigotdome (800) they will cause as much damage as thousands… Flat out ban. No away support against Sevco.

Good evening, friends.

I think nae huns at Paradise and nae Tims at doomdome is the only solution.
Set Fire to the Third Bar is Snow Patrol’s greatest song. Irish poem.
:))))))))))
HUNDERBIRDS ARE GONE go to Bertchesgaden and visit the salt mine just outside near Salzburg which is also an excellent visit. The train between them is like von Ryan’s express through the Mountains. I lived here for 9 months in my travelling days. The Bavarians enjoy their food and beer.

THE EXILED TIM.
I was at that game when there was 62 died just before the end of the game,Like you my mother had a hard few hours until I got home,There was no news about where it happened except that it was Ibrox.
When I got home there was four or five women in the house comforting my mother who would think the worst and that I was one of them that died,I never had so many hugs, and cuddles, in my life.

Celtic Must get a minimum of 5% of tickets for any ground in Scotland.
Gordy
King is playing a blinder. The cock eyed King is playing to the hun gallery. Orange away strip a defo next. Orange parades in Ibrox soon. Michael Stone and Johnny Adair doing their half time draw. Lovely Jubbly.
I look forward to my Friday funny from the bigot dome comical circus. I would never have thought that they could keep me entertained fir so long with their cringeworthy antics. Death by a thousand cuts, the hordes suffering with our constant laughter. They deserve more.
So me and my dad sit up in LL 416,we are special season tickets so don’t get the Hun games.will we now be asked to pay more for our tickets assuming the story is not fake?
Delaneys –
Too many, unfortunately! But only 2 more sleeps till I get to (again) see The Rutles!! ;-)
OldTim
I lived in Partick close to the Clyde Tunnel at the Ibrox disaster. I was 5 year old, but I will never forget the polis, ambulance and fire brigade sirens going on for hours along Dumbarton Road, to and from the Clyde Tunnel and the Western Infirmary.
God rest their souls.
That day spooked me.

HUNDERBIRDS ARE GONE on 24TH MAY 2018 4:44 PM
Garmisch Partenkirchen – foot of the Bavarian alps – stunning – GO THERE!!!!!!
OT
Thanks
OLDTIM67
I had a ticket for that game and was to meet a mate of mine outside Buchanan St underground.
He never turned up and as the place was crawling with the great unwashed I decided not to go on my own.
I did some clothes shopping as I was a bit of a mod and then went to a Chinese restaurant in St Vincent Street for a meal.
I could hear the constant sirens and knew something terrible had happened.
When I left the restaurant I phoned home to see if my folks knew what was going on.
My wee Mammy who thought I was at the game picked up and burst into tears.
I went to the pictures that evening not aware of the extent of the tragedy.
Picked up a paper outside the cinema to discover the horror that had taken place.
A girl who I worked beside lost a brother.
The sooner that place is closed………………………………….
Bedtime,worry about it tomorrow ??
Oldtim67,
there is no minimum ticket allocation for league games,
but if clubs cannot agree a figure then the SPL would decide
what the allocation should be
Well bhoys looks like the sevco 2012 board have had enough of 7,000 tims celebrating humping the clapped-out-to-goes at ibrokes and it seemed it was cheaper to reduce the away support than it was to soundproof the 3 stands .
This decision is being hail hailed as the SG effect and the UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND for tickets to witness the rookie under 18s coach with 8 months experience take on Brendan and stop the 10IAR .
Correct me if I am wrong but have we not been told by TGASL and his club that they have sold out season tickets for years now ,records have been smashed /broken and demand has never been better from the loyal fans who never walked away .
If so then what does this slashed allocation actually mean and what can we celtic fans take from it .
1. they were telling porkies about sell outs and needed the green pound on derby day .
2. Assuming they sell ST for that area at say £100 less as they do not include the derby games they will get £700,000 more up front rather than having to wait till we play them .
3.that instead of us celtic fans paying £50 to see us gub them 5-0 then it will now be the Sevco 2012 fans now paying for the privilege
4. Police scotland will now be responsible for the safety of our away supporters as any game with under 1000 away supporters only needs a certain amount of police at a vastly reduced cost to sevco
5. TGASL and what’s left of the board don’t have a lot of confidence in SG as they would surely want as many tims as possible to lord it over when they beat us at Ibrokes
As for point 4 I will be most interested to see police scotland’s view on this in what can only be seen as a high risk game
DD bang on. Get rid of them from our dear Paradise. Like God done with
Remind me again – who was it that stamped their feet, scweamed and scweamed and released a statement when Hibs cut their allocation?
Ffs that was meant to be like god done with Loki from Heaven… Get rid of the evil.

I would imagine Sky/BT may not be happy with no away fans at their beloved O** F*** event. Is there a possibility that the crowd are covered in their contract?…
… Dunno? Just playing Devils Advocate… good game ;-)

Spot on
we haven’t had a songs debate for ages – must be one of the many effects of this awful armegeddhun we’ve suffered from
It will make it all the sweeter that an extra 7000 huns will get to see their team get leathered at Ibrox by Celtic. Stupit huns.
