There was a degree of anticipation that we would hear the official announcement today of the creditors meeting Duff and Phelps planned to hold on 6 June, where a vote would be held on the proposed CVA. Creditors must receive notification of a meeting, with proposals, 14 days in advance, with notice normally given by post and by advertisement.
STV today revealed that the administrators hope to send details “at some point this week”. Tomorrow is the last postal date for items to be delivered on time for a 6 June meeting, but it’s seldom administrators would leave themselves at the fortune of the final postal collection. It would be embarrassing if Duff and Phelps were unable to even get to the stage of putting a proposal to creditors.
Inspired by the stories of three children, Celtic Quick News readers this year have raised a considerable sum of money for research into Neuroblastoma. One of them, Niamh Curry, age 5, slipped away yesterday. There are no words or sentiment of consolation to offer, but our thoughts and prayers go to Niamh and her family.

I am devastated with your news Paul. I told my 10 year old son the story about Niamh and showed him the photo’s of her. He donated his pocket money to her cause. I cannot bring myself to tell him, he will be so upset. God rest her soul.

Had a wee chuckle to myself about the healthy options when they came round with lunch.
Chips with everything, had to plump for a Hot Dog, all other options may have induced a cardiac arrest.

Donated to Niahm Curry so very sorry to hear she has passed away. God Bless her may she rest in peace.
I hope all monies raised are used for research into neuroblastoma. The researchers need all the help they can get!
Sleep well little one.

The gift that keeps giving has been a bit quiet for a few days .
Is this the tide receding and the sillence before the TSUNAMI hits the HATE FACTORY!!!!!!!!!!
Please let it be so.
R.I.P Niamh And may some sort of comfort come to the Curry family at this dreadful time.
Sincere apologies to the Currys. My post should have read Niamh. Not right to spell her name incorrectly. Truly sorry. You are all in my prayers.
Fantastiic quote from Mark Hateley Re the RFC(IA) player registration embargo:
“I’m not an expert in how the law works, but stopping players that are out of contract from coming to the club must be denying them the right of work and that doesn’t sound right”
I think the first 9 words of this quote speak for themselves…
That is sad, sad news about the wee lass
Thoughts and Condolences to her family and friends
Good to see a quick post from MWD earlier, Look after yourself there, Bud
RIP Niamh – thoughts to the family at this impossible time.
TinyTim – I hope you are OK, can imagine you have seen enough of hospitals for now.

RIP Niamh
Condolences to her family.
Was reading through the leader, and quietly chuckling to myself about the problems over at our friends on the southside. I then read the devastating news that Niamh Curry has passed away. I cannot imagine what her and her family have been through, and I hope I never find out first hand.
My thoughts are with her folks at this sad time.

I tell a lie. Mark Hateley is an expert at clutching at straws
Are Ernie Lynch,Kitalba and Wonkyradar-not to mention a few others-still fighting The Pedant’s Uprising on the previous thread?
I think I’ll nip over and let them know that time has moved on.
Except I know one of them would ask me to prove it……..
Just read the article, terrible news about the wee girl, thoughts with her family.

Leave them alone and see how long it takes them.

That’s where Hateley is wrong, there’s nothing to stop the Huns employing players, their just not allowed to register or play them!

There was mention of the ‘Billy Boys’ in their discussion.
In relation to the tune sung by the huns it has nothing to do with ‘hillbillys’ but comes from Billy Fullerton who led a razor gang in Bridgeton in the 1930’s.
Fullerton is now known to have been a wife beater as well as a sectarian bigot. To top off his nice guy image, he was also a member of Mosley’s fascists.
