Celtic arrive in Prague tomorrow for a game many of us consider a dead rubber. The thumping Sparta inflected at Celtic Park still smarts and almost certainly ended the competitive element of our Europa League campaign. The most we can hope for is a cohesive performance and an injury and illness free trip. A defeat, even a heavy defeat, will not resonate as much as the draw at Easter Road.
For me, the pace quickens at the weekend, when your clean sheet domestic record goes on the line for the 36th consecutive time. We can only hope the week will be used productively.

Big Wavy – I hear you. A preferred formation/system would be a start. There is no secret to it. For years the top teams have been doing it from their youngsters through to their first teams. That way when you move from the youth team/reserve team into the first XI, it is all familiar to you.
Rookie manager Gerrard is doing it at Ibrox and it means he can chop and change the starting XI while keeping the shape the same and the performance levels fairly even.
Oops, I guess Gerrard is no longer a rookie but you know what I mean.

I said before, I have supported CELTIC since Donald Duck was an egg, so I really have seen it all.
I have sadly come to this conclusion , which I deeply hope is totally wrong, but do not think it is.
We have forever been the second team in Scotland – – fact. Apart from us, everybody in football and most other places do not want us to win!! I am convinced, whether it be a masonic ploy or other dastardly goings on but there is something really rotten about, has been for decades and will continue to be so for decades more.
Celtic powers that be are in up to their necks, but proving it is a virtual impossible task. They know us mugs are loyal (hate that word) and we will continue to be behind the team no matter what. They are indeed extracting the urine big time.
It’s at times like these that I wish I had grown up being an Arbroath fan, instead of falling deeply in love with Celtic.

The Board are to blame for the 5 way Agreement & Res 12. Obviously Lawell being a major player has to shoulder some of the blame but the person I blame for the debacle is Dermot Desmond.

I am mainly interested in onfield success, 13 Leagues, 8 Scottish Cups & 7 League Cups is some haul in 16 years.

A couple of points…
The guys on the SFM have been complaining for eight seasons now, nothing will change.
If you are going to complain it’s important that you get your facts correct. That headline may well be correct, Newco are a continuation of Rangers, nany “instrumemts” were put in place to make it so, mainly the five way agreement.
The myth is not continuation per se, the myth is that continuation equates to the same Club.
So Sevco Rangers are a continuation of Rangers, they are not the same Club though.

We won’t hand them CL money.
Unless they crash financially this season (unlikely as their investors will go all in)
OR
They are denied a UEFA licence by the SFA for failing to pay taxes (pigs might fly)
They WILL get a crack at CL qualification.
Now, if we win the league – that crack is 4 rounds of qualifying.
If they win, it’s 2.
No guarantees either way.
As for Morelos – what’s your basis for thinking he’ll be sold for a pile?
They’ve been pimping him for two years and no one is interested.
Admittedly Barasic, Tavernier and (if he recovers from serious injury) Katic are sellable assets.
But, FFP will kick in next year and buying clubs know all about the financial position of selling clubs.
Let’s assume your prediction is correct.

Sevco Rangers are a continuation of yhe original Rangers. The 5WA makes it so, this was agreed in 2012 with all the important “players” including the Celtic Board in agreement.
