FORMER Celtic loan star Jason Denayer has joined French outfit Lyon from Manchester City in an £8million deal.
The central defender, who spent the 2014/15 season at the Hoops, was recently linked with a move back to the champions.
However, the 23-year-old Belgian centre-half, who spent the last campaign with Turkish giants Galatasaray, has now agreed a four-year contract with the Ligue 1 side.
During his time at Parkhead, the elegant stopper won the title and the League Cup and was named the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.
He also had a loan spell with Sunderland during the 2016/17 season when they were relegated from the Premier League.
