Dundee United lost their first game back after the winter break; the seven games since have seen them lose only once, and that was to the last gasp Liel Abada winner at Celtic Park. The defensive qualities they showed that day have been evidenced since, as they have not conceded in the four games that followed.
There is a lot of football to be played in the three weeks before we face them at Tannadice in the quarter finals of the Scottish Cup, Celtic have at least six games, United have a maximum of four, a heavy load for the visitors. If Celtic overcome Bodo/Glimt in the conference league, they will have a last 16 tie on the Thursday before visiting Tannadice on the Sunday.
Despite our comfortable win there earlier in the season, the disproportionate load facing the teams, will make this a difficult cup tie.

When the Celtic Ghirls football team are allowed into the SPFL surely they will be allowed to play there matches either up at Lennoxtown or Barrowfield and not Penny Cars Stadium in Airdrie ,just a thought why are they playing there home games there.?

Watched the Sporting v City game. Enjoyable game but City in truth won handsomely in second gear.
My point was that despite dominating possession they conceded far more goals than Spirting. Remind anyone of another game at another place.
Btw some of the Sporting fouls , including those not given, were straight reds. I have no allegiance to City although Colin Bell is one of my favourite all time players.

I think Celtic Women’s team and all other women’s club teams will be expecting to play home games at their respective club’s home ground, e.g. Celtic Park. The Scotland women’s international team have just won the right to play at Hampden.
The push for equality will accept no less. The tide has turned and will not be stopping – there will be plenty more changes to come.
Talking today to recent arrivals at work mainly English footie fans. They are still laudative about the recent Celtic v ” Rangers ” game.

I love football played like that.

Love your pre match lightshow , pity sky spent so much time listing the teams when there was so much going on.
But unanimously they all commented on the atmosphere. Some said they had never witnessed such an atmosphere at a televised game. They were absolutely blown away.
Not one person mentioned the absence of huns, to be honest I don’t even think they were aware there were no huns in Paradise.
I don’t want them back, we don’t need them.and we dont want them. Positives. :-
Segregation issues are removed at a stroke.
Lack of intimidation.
Bigger crowd.
Much easier to police.
Streets outside are safer.
Don’t need to listen to their bigotry.
800 more Celtic fans can watch the game.
Our toilets live to see another day.
We don’t feel the need to stoop to their level.
Safety / crowding issues are easier to address.
I can’t think of any negatives and Sky must be happy with the feedback.
So tell them to ram their tickets for Grayskull and we will retain the status quo Thank you.
