  1. Why Scott Brown in a coaching role? Has he got his licences, does he have suitable experience?

    Naw, just naw

  2. Hav been enjoying the chat about transferz….and where we go from here…not Spidays…because after the summer transfer window…we’re into post Brexit transfers….and that is gonna b us buying cheap decent internationaliss from…Scandaweigian countries and Eastern Europe ;-))

    H.H.

  3. lets all do the huddle on

and that is gonna b us buying cheap decent internationaliss from…Scandaweigian countries and Eastern Europe

    good

and stop building the team around scottish weaklings

Lawwell loyalist Stephen McGowan’s piece in the Mail fair tears a strip off our old CEO fraud. A club run in the interests of a no-mark bean counter.

  5. I think rangers winning the title has a number of silver linings – it brought out into the open the total and abject failure of the current Celtic set-up, which hopefully will be totally revamped for next season. JK and co clearly aren’t an acceptable alternative to NL. EVERYONE must see that now. A lot of the players are not fit for purpose and I suspect even BR would have a hard time competing against rangers with that team. The fact that Nicola Sturgeon congratulated rangers was only a prelude to her severely criticizing them for their public celebrations. It was only a political consideration, it wasn’t heartfelt. She didn’t have to congratulate Celtic on winning their titles because nothing dangerous happened afterwards. Get real folks she is not an enemy of Celtic or Catholics. She is a decent politician.

  6. The scale of our rebuild is self evident.

History is important, but it is the present and the future we need to concentrate on.

The wife was saying the poor hound is terrified by all the fireworks. I am sooooooo glad I’m not in Glasgow at the moment.

    This is self inflicted.

    HH to all.

  7. 7am fireworks in Rutherglen – the monster our truly awful management has helped to create…..

  8. The covid breaches yesterday were entirely predictable. The failure the day before to criticise The Rangers FC for their reckless actions in having players and management engage with supporters outside the stadium set the scene.

For Sturgeon to begin a tweet criticising the breaches yesterday by firstly congratulating The Rangers and secondly by recognising how special a day it was for them before was pathetic.

Akin to Trump telling his beautiful people to go home.

  9. Good morning all from a dull and Dreich Garngad

During a pandemic yesterday we witnessed outrages, shocking and despicable scenes from a demograph of the population that could not care a jot if it was a super spreader event.

This morning and days ahead people will loose their lives because of these thousands of spreaders.

The Scottish Government should actually shut the country down for innocent peoples safety.

I like many other people have worked tirelesly to put measures in my workplace along side Scottish Governments guidelines to ensure staff are safe whilst in their place of employment.

If the government guidelines dont exist now then we should either go full out without ope, social distancing or they shut the country down to keep us all safe.

These thousands will mingle with thousands more at work and they will go home and to shops infecting more innocent people.

    DISGUSTING

What is the point some will ask

    D :)

  10. Oh and by the way sevco had won the league weeks if not months ago so I could not care about that.

Congratulations on their first ever premiership title.

    D :)

  11. Taxes, laws, COVID, rules, death, none of which seemingly apply to Sevco – they truly are the peepul!

  12. I concur with the lads talking about the size of our rebuild. It’s absolutely huge. The sheer scale of our mismanagement at every level is hard to take in right now. Nothing should distract us from that or from holding incompetence accountable.

At this moment in time we could unveil Rafa and I still wouldn’t renew such is my resentment towards a boardroom that’s been gaslighting the fans for many months.

  13. There has got to be some government reaction to the huns players/followers after yesterdays celebrations?

” Rangers fans break Covid-19 protocol”

not as reported by BBC Scotland or STV but by CNN INDONESIA. Cats oot the bag Nicola/Boris are you going to do something?

  14. Gov should end the Scottish season now. There has to be serious and strong action now otherwise there is zero control. If football doesn’t like it then take it up with the perpetrators (fans) and the facilitators (trfc). In fact all football including EL – feck them – uefa does not trump gov, law or national health

  15. I wonder how many times wee niccy will say the words Celtic and O** F*** into her statement the day..

If course she can always say she can’t remember at a future date.

    HH.

  16. Hrvatski Jim on

Humza Yousaf was not available this morning to talk to Good Morning Scotland. He must have gone all shy.

  17. squire danaher on

Never forget ALL this is on our custodians.

Operation Short Head (OSH) was always doomed as an ineffective strategy, as anyone with the most basic of exposure to Sevco psychology knows it is a beast that is never willing to ever accept anything other than utter supremacy.

So they signposted their intention to go all in or bust in an effort to stop the 10. Moral blackmail, if you like. “You all need us. You all lost money when we were ‘relegated’”.

While we took the view that the alternative – administration/ liquidation for Sevco – had to be avoided at all costs as it would destroy our short-sighted business OSH model.

    Which led to:

Acquiescence/acceptance of this by the PLC.

    The retrograde appointment of NL.

The consequently poor management of playing staff.

The penny pinching on duds and an inability to coach them to be better.

The ignoring/tolerance of the double standards by officialdom on and off the field.

The acceptance of that blinkered notion and hoary old chestnut that Celtic FC/PLC and wider Scottish society “needs a Rangers”.

By and large the creatures who took to the streets yesterday have been kept under their stones for the past 10 years.

Celtic PLC, shame on you for your significant role in lifting the stone.

  18. Yousaf another chocolate fireguard , senior cops need disciplined or sacked for their management of these issues from 10 am on Saturday

  19. squire danaher on

    Sean Thornton

I am generally regarded as a independence sympathiser, or as the Labour dinosaurs would say, “cult member”.

I can guarantee you though that Nic will start off with “I don’t do football” before something like “it doesn’t matter whether it’s Celtic, Rangers or Ayr United.”

    Yesterday is on that shower.

However, as I said earlier – Celtic PLC are culpable for keeping Sevco alive, and giving these creatures the vehicle and excuse to be on the loose again, emboldened like no time in the past 12 years.

  20. I have been dithering about voting SNP at the coming election but unless Nicola comes out and takes action against the deid team and its followers for their behaviour since Saturday, I most assuredly won’t be putting my X next to them. Paul67 has been warning us about them. I think even he has underestimated what’s in their DNA.

Their utter selfish stupidity has put the whole population in jeopardy. As for the Police’s behaviour…….Words fail me.

  21. Go tell the Spartim on

As stated before, I’m in the independence camp though I do genuinely have grave reservations about being treated fairly , as a) I’m catholic b) a football fan and c) a Celtic supporter, but that’s for another day

SNP were formed by anti Irish catholic bigots (Dewar Gibb) and haven’t changed one bit, offensive behaviour act for example…..

Her opening gambit today will mention Celtic first, watch this space

  22. For me and many thousands of others .

This weekend gave us all a glimpse into what a krankie led independent Scotland might look like . Shameful

  23. Garngad to Croy on

I have been a long time SNP supporter mainly because I wanted independence but I will not be voting SNP in the next election. The SNP and Nicola remind me of Trumpism were PR and populism takes precedent over everything, even the truth.

  24. I’m sure the dancing police officers will cautioned …. or promoted .

    Only in Scotland

  25. @NicolaSturgeon

    I congratulate

    @RangersFC

on the title win & recognise what a moment this is for fans

  26. Garngad , exact same . This last year and yesterday in particular has been a real eye opener for myself and many amongst us

  27. squire danaher on

The disappointing thing is that Nic is evidently pandering to these creatures in the seeming expectation they might vote for her party.

They will no sooner vote for her or SNP than I will fly to the moon. And I know the Ernie argument that she’s pandering to the less obnoxious element of Hunnery.

And it irritates me that Celtic fans are given reason to believe by such pandering that an independent Scotland would be a cold place for Catholics/Celtic supporters.

There are maybe 30% of the population who would vote for the maintenance of the Union if it meant living in a cave wrapped up in a Butcher’s Apron.

    She needs to ignore them.

  28. myboysnowatim on

Put on the TV for a change. Great to see their beloved Royal Family keeping them off the national news today.

  29. Will that be the huns last mass celebratory mass gathering this season?

I doubt it, but I’m sure Scotland’s finest will be (aye) ready.
