    What I noticed from today was how effective we were from wide areas and how much we looked to play the ball to Idah through the middle. It looks like the coaches have been working with him to improve his hold up play, I’m not sure he has the ability to play the role but it’s obviously something he’s keen to improve on. Good to see we’re working on new tactics, good to see he’s trying to improve his all round game.

    It is fair to say that in all reasonableness having visited me mate’s to watch the auld match whereby he did ply me with swally (and may I say this swally was f amazeballs (Lagavulin 8) not to mention BMW, luv ya TC) and heretofore the celts did unto dutd what the celts have done unto the routed for the duration of the many circles of hell that calmac did vanquish in the spflwalfrid , mind you we’re champions!

    GREAT Day for The CELTS and….A VERY good day with my Horse Racing Bets.

     

    The SANDOWN PLACEPOT Today Paid out ” £1,505.80″ for a £1 Stake.

     

     

    My Stake was £3.20 ( 20p UNITS) which was 16 Bets in Total.

     

    I had the Placepot come up for 40 Pence, so I WON £602.32 for my £3.20 Stake.

    FITBA.. I also had St Mirren v the Huns for a 2 -2 Draw at odds of 16/1 ( I think ?).

     

    The Huns have been losing TWO Goals in almost every game since Ferguson took over…long may it continue.

    Celtic’s emphatic 5-1 win away to Dundee United earlier in the day was yet another example of the gap between the sides – now 17 points in the table – and the draw in Paisley does little for Ferguson’s hopes of staying team boss beyond the end of the season.

    Well that was a pleasure today . A champion performance from the champions. Onwards now. To the treble . We presently have the making of a right good side . We have Brendan for at least another season , if he gets the backing he deserves to improve an already good side then extending his stay may be an option

    An older couple from Miami sat next to us were awestruck watching the game and all the associated activity. They had never been to a soccer game in the uk and were on holiday and managed to get to this one. She asked if it was always like this ?

    Looking for even more positives from a great, great day, at our second goal the Sinisalo (we MUST get a nickname for this guy!) quick throw out to start the move took out no less than 5 Dundee Utd players in their high press. Still great play to follow from Arne, Maeda and then Khun, but a great tactic from the Great Finn.

    The rangers have now lost 2 or more goals in 8 consecutive SPFL games despite switching to a back 5.

     

     

    Wonder if José Ferguson will stick or twist next week?
