There is not a single Celtic fan that hates the board more than they love the team. Remember when we could go toe to toe with any team in Europe? Remember when Bayern Munich celebrated a draw at Celtic Park?
The people running the club have decided that crumbs from the Sky TV table are more important than building a team to compete on the big stage. That is why we are where we are now. Their only plan is to rinse loyal Celtic fans for season ticket money and ‘reward’ us with being just ahead of the huns. We need to allow them a league title every few years though

The shouts for MON and WN GTF are extremely poor and we should be better than that.
Sack the board however I’m sorry but I’ve no issue with that. Three Celtic directors that claim to love the club released damning statements today about some fan reaction that they don’t care for. On the day of a very important match they chose once again to blame and go after fans – how’s that for unity, how’s that for all in it together – no not them, it’s all about them and how they feel and how people don’t love Celtic as much as they do and how other don’t know anything and we are the wisest people in the room and if your not with us your an aggressive bully – what absolute BS. On the day of a game???
And wow how quick are truth defenders on to tell us how bad the fans are but have little or nothing to say about the spectacular own goals our exec is responsible for this year? Someone earlier wrote about Tisdale and his career in football – it is mind blowing that this guy works for Celtic. He shouldn’t even be putting cones out but he is head of football at Celtic – wtf is going in that this guy gets a gig with us, who is responsible for that? We’ll never know cause no one talks to us unless it’s to reprimand us for not being celticy enough and to let the big boys get on with running Celtic without being questioned by the plamfs…..

Desperately sad times for our club. The poor manger is out of his depth and it would be cruel to leave him in position. The board have let every aspect of the club down. Even a small minority of the fans have let the club down. Breaks my heart to think the only solution is to starve the club of funds – but I doubt there is any alternative to force change. We enjoyed decades of superiority in Scotland. That time is over.

Sad, sad, sad day for Celtic Football Club and our supporters
Think the big guy is suffering badly from the BR’s objections and pain over summer, a centre forward of the required quality would have seen Celtic 3-0 at half time, easy to say, but achievable, as we know it should have been. The squad shuffled into a new system, and a guy from another league, another culture, another world is struggling to the extent he may be gone soon, I really hope not, don’t care if we win lose or draw, and GTF is another rubicon crossed.
Jim Goodwin Celtic fan, was almost apologetic at the end after he’d suckered the big guy who has no one to help, or isn’t listening. High press towards Broughty Ferry pinned Celtic back, until we eventually got out two goals later, but fate even managed to keep Daizen Maeda’s unmissable chance out of the net.
Missed first half chances after we’d looked like a MON team, cost Celtic dearly as in football they never repeat in the second, the substitutions were as ineffective as unexpectedly placed. The game played out and Liam Scales did indeed look tired.
Even Van Morrison couldn’t have seen days like this, God only knows how Sunday will go, or who’ll be there and driving the crashed car.

Missing 4/5 sitters and being cheated by the linesman at the DU second goal beat us . Nancy’s not the reason we lost and neither are the fans who chanted .
Our recruitment beat us and that applies to both players and the manager who is not a good fit for us ….. Those who run the club are entirely responsible for that.

Nancy is not the problem.
Those who employed Nancy are the problem.
If we had a board that had the best intentions of the club at heart we would have won that match tonight easily, have a League Cup in the cupboard and sit top of the league, with our striker, who replaced Kyogo as the leagues top scorer, being supplied by the winger who replaced Kuhn and motoring along with BR at the helm.
But we don’t – hence the need for the chants.

The poor recruitment, the letting go of good players, the injuries to key players, the fallout with fans and now the change of manager have ended up in the perfect storm. It’s hard to see a way out.

The DU goals were coming for more than 15 minutes without apparently WN doing anything to counter DU’s momentum – that also happened under former manager BR. The team habitually go flat, lose energy and drive during the second half – the opposition were content to allow Celtic to play at a furious pace in the first half provided they stayed in the game without losing more than one goal. They came out in the second half, upped their pace and aggression and pinned us back, forcing repeated corners.
Fundamentally Celtic don’t have enough physicality, aggression and height throughout the team. Lots of nice football played by Celtic till we run out of steam.
A striker (or two) who can hit the target would help.

Why did we lose a CL qualifier?
IMHO, because we didn’t prepare properly by investing in the team and, because of that (and other goings on behind the scenes), we had a totally disengaged manager.
However, this shit storm has been brewing since before the Bayern games. We sold the goals and didn’t replace them.
We had two windows and bought dross.
We have money to progress but no vision or desire to do so.
And, please don’t forget the absolute contempt the board has for fans.
Like many, I have nothing in common with this board, politically or in any other area. I am a Celtic supporter. How many of them are?
A little engagement and some transparency and all this might have been avoided.
Now we’re left with Nancy. Good help us!

Rodgers was an elite manager happy to be at Celtic.
However they lied to him and sold his best players and then had that clown Tisdale go to Japan and sign 2 players he never knew about.
Lawwell sickened Rodgers and he started retaliating with childish behaviour around fringe players. This was used a stick to beat him with as well as stale performances.
It has been described to me that DD had Lawwell in one ear complaining about Rodgers and Rodgers in the other complaining about Lawwell. Rodgers requested the clear the air meeting and Board savvy Lawwell outmanoeuvred him ensuring DD jettisoned Rodgers. I imagine Lawwell had a wide grin when DD issued his tirade against Lawwell.
