When I look at the directors box I despair.

I don’t know where we go from here but it doesn’t look promising.
Nancy keeps changing players positions,leaving players out then bringing them back in the next game .
What he should be doing is changing the goalkeeper!!!!!

FWIW I think taking the club to the brink of extinction qualifies as all time worst Board.
There have been a lot of mistakes from the Board including the Big Dog. Re hiring Brendan was the first mistake , giving Brendan more control over transfers , hiring Tisdale may well prove to be another. I’m sure there are plenty others.
It’s inevitable there will be Boardroom clear out ( probably keep the Finance bloke) in the summer along with a refresh of the Non execs.
On the football front we, seems to me that we need to move from a small tip tappy team who play keep ball , to a new playing model ( which Nancy is attempting to implement. Brendan was a good manager for us but lost the plot but I feel his style of play was being overtaken by a more modern approach, his answer to that would be to stack up really expensive forwards to dig us out a hole. Hence the issues last summer.
I’ve never liked 3 at the back but you can see what Nancy is trying to do but clearly with a small ball playing team it gets tricky when the midfield can’t cover when we are pressed.
If we keep losing it only finishes one way with Nancy being dismissed, my preference is that he gets it to click and gets enough credit to undertake a partial refresh in January.
It’s very depressing sitting at the game with some fans telling the manager to gtf , must be doing wonders for player confidence.
