CELTIC winger Yang Hyun-jun is interesting ambitious Championship side Norwich City.

The South Korean international has been a bit-part player at the Hoops since his £2million arrival from K-League side Gangwon FC in the summer of 2023.

The Carrow Road club, who have just signed long-term Parkhead target striker Mathias Kvistgaarden in a £6.9million deal, are on the look-out for a wide player after selling Borja Sainz to Porto for £14.25million.

Now the East Anglian club are turning their attention to Yang, according to a report in Sky Sports.

ON THE MOVE…Yang Hyun-jun in action during the 1-1 draw at Ibrox in May.

The 23-year-old forward started only nine of his 34 appearances last season and netted six goals.

Polish side Legia Warsaw have already made an enquiry to sign the outside-right, but Brendan Rodgers is still considering his options on the flanks after Nicolas Kuhn’s £17.2million switch to Serie A Como on Friday.

The Irishman has already brought in £1.7million Swede Benjamin Nygren from Nordsjælland, but is stepping up his efforts in the search for reinforcements.

There are still question marks over the futures of Luis Palma and Marco Tilio at the champions.
