Same goes for Shin, Daizen or even Benjamin Nygren (don’t mock me, he knows where the goal is better than anyone in the squad).
The return of Martin has expectations sailing higher than they have been since his departure last month (it feels longer, right?), but there are reasons to be cautious. United bossed the same Celtic squad three weeks ago and have already taken a draw at Tynecastle and Ibrox this season. Anything less than 100% from the champions and they will do so again.
This game is reminiscent of that pivotal match against United four years ago this month. With the score at 0-0 and Celtic down to 10 men, Liel Abada scored a 90th minute winner to give us the chance to go top of the table next time out. That Celtic team is one we all remember fondly. They built the platform for the subsequent trophy haul, but even they needed to squeeze every ounce of energy and backing to get the result.

What a shambles our club is – absolutely void of proactive planning. On kyogo, I don’t want a striker who can’t hold the ball up. Everything broke down with the wee man. He scored great goals but when we were up a level he fell way short. Since leaving he has not hit the heights.

Re transfer dealings
We will have access to several data bases akin to all the other clubs our size. We will know the players willing to come to a club our size and we will know the metrics those players are hitting. The job is to determine if they fit what we need.
The biggest issue is simply what are we looking for at this time in each and all positions, having conviction/ belief its the right move and an ability to act swiftly to get deals done.
It is not complicated its a hanful of people, one player, an agency, a club, a reasonable timeframe for each transfer and a couple of solicitors to make sure the contracts are tight and right. All parties are meant to be experts in their field.
If most folk look at where the company they work for or where their workplace pension is invested, some roads will lead to the most corrupt individuals and countries of the world. It’s not right but its the world we are all complicit in, intentionally or not.
I hope if this young lad signs we welcome him and he is measured by ability and not where he was signed from.
Robbie Keane, in the running according to reports for the Cetic job is an ex-manager of Maccabi Tel Aviv so not sure how that would land if he was our coach come the summer.

Aye but apparently to those running our show, we cannot compete with the likes of Midtjylland who possess a 12,000 capacity stadium.
If we were lucky enough to have the ambition of clubs like that, then maybe we really could become a club our size?
