FORMER England caretaker boss Stuart Pearce rates Celtic striker Moussa Dembele as one of the hottest prospects in Europe.
The French Under-21 international hitman notched his 15th goal of the season in the 4-0 Premiership victory over Ross County in Dingwall on Wednesday.
Dembele, 20, has already been compared by Brendan Rodgers to former Chelsea ace Didier Drogba.
The prolific attacker agreed a four-year deal at Parkhead when he arrived on a £500,000 development fee from Fulham, but former Nottingham Forest gaffer Pearce believes he could be tempted back across the border.
He said: “It will be no surprise at the end of this season if he does make his way back down to England.
“We’ve seen how all the big clubs around Europe mop up the talent and he is one of the most talented young kids out there at the moment. He is scoring goals and playing good football.
“Over the last two or three years, Dembele and Patrick Roberts, who they have on loan there from Manchester City, have been the most exciting talents out there.”
