ONE-TIME Celtic target Henry Onkekuru has joined Everton in a £6.8million deal.
The 20-year-old Nigerian striker, who was scouted by the Hoops in January when there was a reported £1million bid, quit Belgian minnows Eupen for the Merseyside outfit.
Onkeykuru has agreed a five-year contract, but, following work permit problems, will spend next season on loan at Anderlecht.
The pacy left-sided attacker was joint-top scorer in the Pro League with 22 goals.
He made his international debut for his country when they defeated Togo 3-0 last month.
