We took Ross County to school the last weekend in October, resting eight players but still scoring four. That was a wakeup call for County, though, who turned a corner at the start of November. Since then they’ve played the four teams which separate them from Celtic, winning twice and drawing twice.
Partick Thistle busted coupons in Christmas Eve, inflicting County’s only defeat in two months. They are top half of the table and undefeated in two visits to Glasgow this season. Eye on the prize tonight, Celtic.

Good evening friends.
So what I decided to do this evening was take 2 slices of Motehr’s Pride plain bread and place them onto the grill rack and toast one side of the bread under the grill element.
I then turned the bread over, places a suitable amount of cheese on top and retuened the rack to a spot directly under the grill heating element.
Once the cheese was bubling and just starting to turn darker I removed the lot and turned thr grill off.
I’ve added a tiny amount of salt and a reasonable amount of pepper on top of the cheese.
What am I eating?

Missing my first home game since January tonight as knackered my back on Boxing Day /27th morning. Went to bed a perfect specimen of finely tuned manhood and awoke to find I needed help to get up from chairs. Good news is last game I missed we won 8-1.
Hope you all had good Christmases. My late mother always put salt on her toasted cheese although I have always generally preferred the cheese unadorned although if I am feeling degenerate I may splash on some chutney.
