Poor first half from the Bhoys. We never really got into the game other than in the first 10 mins. Very fortunate to be in front but we’ll take it. Hopefully that goal will settle us down. MON will need to make some tactical changes during the break to try get us some cohesion from back to front. Same old story with no threat, no experience, up front.

Seems that neither team wants to slide into tackles on the plastic pitch. Are the pitches planned to be phased out?
Far too many unforced errors by our players. Tounekti, Engels, Nygren looked like they have never played on a plastic carpet before. Although thruppenny head scores a goal.
As for Falkirks three efforts, woeful 🫣, McCann given the freedom of the lefthand side doesn’t help.

Tounekti is being hounded by two Falkirk players a lot of the time as they know he’s tricky and usually gets lots of crosses in so I wouldn’t criticise him too much.
Dunno why people complaining about michael Stewart
I find him one of the very best analysts.

Falkirk have been FAR better than Celtic. They are embarrassing a team with who knows how many multiples of their income. You can see why, from a TV perspective, the commentary is likely to focus on their efforts in the game (considering Celtics approach so far).

listen – we’ve known for a year this teams flat! Rodgers, Nancy , and MON know it! we shouldn’t be surprised by the lack of personality and creativity in the team – we ‘ve been crying out for 3-4 players for a year . Injuries haven’t helped either – thee players look like they are running on empty! NEED PLAYERS INTO CLUB IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS

Switched over to Falkirk TV since my Celtic stream was three minutes behind. Their commentary is actually very good, has a wee bit of bias but not outrageous!
