CELTIC fans will get the chance to celebrate last season’s fifth successive title triumph when the league flag is unfurled at Parkhead a week on Wednesday.
And Hoops supporters will be hoping for a double celebration with Champions League progress after playing the second leg of their qualifier against Lincoln Red Imps, which starts at 7.45pm.
The first leg will take place in Gibraltar on Tuesday with a 7pm kick-off after the minnows shocked Estonian champions Flora Tallin 3-2 on aggregate in their opening qualifier.
Brendan Rodgers’ men will, of course, miss out on the Flag Day party at the start of the Premiership campaign after being handed an away fixture against Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday, August 7.
