Football authorities and turning a blind eye

415

Scottish Football League, rule 23. Members’ Financial Records, “All Members and Associate Members shall keep detailed financial records of their activities and the board may arrange an inspection of all such records”.

In the absence of audited accounts for a new club, the board of the SFL are in a unique position to examine the financial records of The Rangers to ensure its leadership is not running amok with the Scottish game, in the same way previous incumbents of Ibrox did.

Or, a few months after Craig Whyte crashed a football club after telling everyone he had enough money to complete the season, will the football authorities look the other way?  Again?

    Gentlemen

Thanks for the plaudits but I am not claiming ownership of this post unless it is used to raise money and that will not be given to the MSM. I only collated your questions and presented them.

I feel that all I have done is provide an initial structure and list.

There are so many more questions. Glasstwothirds .. thanks your getting the idea. I do not want to post that monster post so often. SO I ASK YOU ALL TO TRY AND KEEP IT IN MIND.

I will eventually add a UEFA, ECA and PFA section and I am sure there are a few more who were caught with their drawers down.

I do not see the list as being comprehensive at all in fact quite the opposite.

Many of these questions will be answered eventually and I will provide the definite answers in italics under the question. So we can analyse and debate and discuss and determine if we are happy with these answers.

It is the questions that are not answered that will prove to be the most intriguing and my main personal reasons for doing this exercise. Lets try this time to not let them get away with it.

Again I think it is far too early in the process to consider the collation as nothing but a starting point. A framework in the jargon.

And will in the next few weeks … drop in sections of the question list into ongoing debates. Hopefully that will stimulate the mind and garner more precise and pertinent questions.

    Hail Hail

“And I did read what you posted, I just for once don’t agree with you, there I said it :>)))”

You’ll be hearing from my lawyer, as soon as he gets out of jail!

Of course the spawn are inheriting their SFA legacy.

That’s why it will be time to go after the SFA once it is officially known what that have been up to…..post results.

Excellent piece – under section 6 – How can a club lose £4m in administration – I thought that administration was to be run at a break even basis including D&P costs

Felix-Baumgartner has landed safely after free falling over 24 miles!!!

The first journalist on the scene was from Scotland, and his first question was if Felix wad planning to buy shares in Sevco.

Felix answered, “what do you think I am, f@#king mad”.

I agree that the MSM should not get any monies.

Any suggestions on how the message gets out there to the masses, or the people, as the masses might just be taken up the wrong way :>)

  10. Keevins – an apologist, sycophant and abject liar!

Just listened to his explanation to Des Kelly on talkSPORT as to why why the daily retard has closed down it’s sports comments section.

He paints our Support as bad as sevco – no reference to the fact that sevco are taking a pounding because of their; lies, deceit, fraud etc and are the butt of all comments.

No qualification that sevco posters resort to; threats, bigotry, racism and obscene reference to paedophilia when replying to posters.

I sincerely hope that someone at CFC has iplayer recording!

Has it already been posted that chuck’s meeting in Belfast with the orange mob was allegedly set up by a man who is in a top position in the SFL and this very senior member od the SFL accompanied Greene to the meeting?

  12. Awe Naw

Long time lurker – first post.

Congrats for excellent work – agree with fellow posters should be published to wider audience but have doubts if will ever grace red tops even with a hefty bung for a full page spread – they know which side their bread is buttered on.

It is truly astounding how many of the questions you have raised remain unanswered/ignored but again will be no surprise to readers of CQN, RTC and Phil Mac.

Green is very clever – has captured support of Phils ” trailer trash ” by pandering to their most basic instincts – they have become the wronged rather than the authors of their own Downfall. However, bluster is only that and imho his hot air is disippating into the autumn air.

Will say prayer for wee Oscar and family tonight – fight on wee mhan.

in a couple of weeks when it has more substance then we can start to publicise it across the net. I think it would be good to get the very many and valid questions from non Celtic fans. From a different perspective. Some genuine creditors would also be good

    Hail Hail

  15. garygillespies…

Could this senior SFL official possibly be the chairman of another SFL member club and someone who was seen to wear a RFFF badge in public?

    Or is it someone else?!

    HH!!

  16. Awe_Naw, maybe O.G.Rafferty could show it to Alex Thomson, or it could be posted in TSFM, the next issue of CQN? A few thoughts, it does need to be circulated after you finish collating, polishing it.

  17. Gene's a Bhoys name on

Herr Baumgartner wishes to acknowledge the help of Chuck Green in his record breaking freefall – he said looking at how chuck has conned the orcs/msm/spf/sfa gave me the belief that anything was possible

  18. praecepta-Was that fud Keevins saying that it’s Comments Section was closed down due to ” Old Firm (sic)” abuse? I don’t read it btw but must be down to abuse and threats from a 3rd Division club.

  19. ttt

As usual it will be down to the bampots to ask the questions.

In saying that, if the FTT comes back and they have been found guilty of the biggest scandal to hit football, and they are found guilty of dual contracts, the msm will have to ask at least a handfull of questions.

In all honesty, they really must be dreading the day, they have put asking anything off, using the excuse we need to wait till the tribunals deliver.

Oh, how much am I looking forward to the day.

  20. Will the Record allow comments on stories covering the result of the FTT tribunal?

What about stories dealing with the proposed share issue?

Or will Media House not allow it?

A severe conflict of interest – wonder what sort of action the SFL will take?
