For the generations

151

I have seen Celtic in a European final, as did my father, his father and his father before him. The new generation have yet to experience such drama.

Tonight we can take a big step towards a European quarter final.  It’s not a final, but it is an experience every Celtic fan should have.

  1. Don’t giv a monkeys at what the huns do in europe. See what a did there ;-))

My only concern tonight is that we’re not complacent. Bodo are the Norwegian champs and will be no mugs, they’re playing at home on a plastic pitch and will be looking for a result to bring to Glasgow. A win for us would be awesome, but a score draw won’t b a disaster

  2. Sevco 2nd must be seen to be believed.

Dortmund absolutely sleeping, some of the worst defending you will see.

  3. Either Dortmund have saved their worst performance of the season for tonight or German football is nowhere near as good as people think. Seeing Bayern last night, I think it just isn’t very good. This will be a big result for the hun.

  4. The jammiest franchise in football always get easy draws or play big teams when they are mince.

On the plus side another round for them means they will have the same load as us game wise. Or else they implode and Dortmund retrieve the tie.

Dortmund have been brutal from front to back. They had taken control before the penalty (hate to admit that it was one) but totally lost it after that. They look like us last season

  5. Dortmund are a big name but a poor team, defensively garbage, Sporting went through in their CL group who got destroyed last night, they are one paced and disinterested, they also had a great chance when the player looked as if he was heading cotton wool, pathetic effort and team.

    attack attack attack

  11. Lol…guess we’re at home tonight. I’d convinced myself otherwise. Thanks D66, Lefty and Corkcelt (i dont drink spirits, they mess me up ;-))

So now to revise my opinion…think we’ll need, and are capable of taking at least a 2 goal lead there

  12. Paul,

Looks more than that, though you could be right about restrictions.Think half of the Dortmund team, not allowed in.

  13. Big Jimmy,

My Turkish mate asked me earlier today if I fancied Dortmund to get beat.He thought so,I said no chance to the 20 quid each.Wish I had read your post earlier.

    FFS.

  14. huns result is purely a case of Dortmund not treating the match seriously

    and underestimating the huns
