If we indulge in some Game Theory……..
We know newco plan to borrow an additional £5m from Mike Ashley before the proposed 4 March EGM.
We know that nomad, WH Ireland, will resign “with immediate effect” if Dave King is voted onto the PLC board.
We know that “In the event that the NOMAD resigns, the Company’s shares will be suspended from trading immediately”.
That being the case, you can bet a covenant of Mike Ashley’s loans is that shares in the company are not suspended. In the event such a covenant is broken, Ashley would collect all the properties he has security on, which by then may well include Ibrox. With immediate effect.
Game Theory predicts that King will withdraw the resolution to appoint himself to the board. It also predicts that Ashley must cover his position in this eventuality, with additional covenants which protect his position.
Game Theory assumes the actors are rational, it makes no allowances for actors who are burdened by an ego the size of South Africa.
King’s belief, expressed in his unfortunate press conference this week, is that Ashley is a man he can do business with. My belief is that Ashley does business with supplicants, not dictatorial types. “It’s not personal, Sonny. It’s strictly business”.
Either way, I had a word with Game Theory, he says they’re screwed.

Simply put……….I was following the debate, told you my opinion having read your arguements.
You as usual fixated on the lose thing and acted like a scalded cat……..
Being serious for a minute, you need to chill out sometimes. Its sad, but sometimes even when you are right you still lose………
Pedrocaravan thats nice that you are fortunate. I am pleased for you.
I on the other hand am starting to worring that my pet rabbit will end up in a pot on my oven boiling.
Eeeeek.
Pedrocaravanachio 67.
Enjoy the game tomorrow.
Paddy said you were a really nice guy.
Disgusted by the violence & manifest disorder at the African cup of nations.
Once again the Green Brigade have brought shame on the entire celtic family. I trust focus is looking into this. They bring it on themselves etc etc

C’mon big cup winners – even you must see I was having a wee laugh……so I am pretty chilled out today. I just found the lose thing funny.
But as Pedrocaravan says dont go out on that date with me – I fear we may end up being stalked……..
Sevco bad news…..#justcantgetenough….
FFin’ statement, Lying King and drop in centres to help them read:
“Absolutely shocking from the directors of a publicly traded company”
——
“The last desperate act of a corrupt and discredited regime”
——
“it really is the most outrageous communication I have ever seen from a business perspective.”
——
“London hasn’t seen a Invasion like this since the Norman conquests”
——
“They must think we button up the back.
Even If king didn’t do that great, it will be better than the disaster they have custoded over”
——
“Dave King oozes class. He is already acting and sounding like a True Ranger. He would have the endorsement [of the Talented] Mr Struth, that’s for sure.”
——
” ‘Drop-in centres will be…available in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirlingshire and North West England with other venues to be announced.’
Things like this make you proud to be a supporter of [Sevco] and all that it entails. There is nowhere in this land that is outwith the reach of the [Sevco] supporter.”
——
“Would like to hear the same chant as at the AGM (OUT, OUT, OUT) continuously, that really made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, there was something so poignant about this chant.
One word heartfelt and continuous.”

Just read the article. Nice wee lift for a Friday !
“Dave King oozes class. He is already acting and sounding like a True Ranger. He would have the endorsement [of the Talented] Mr Struth, that’s for sure.”
OMG, they are beyond help.
Jude 2005:
My condolences to you and your family. HH.
Monaghan – keep them coming. Is there no one on FF who actually gets it?
Paul67 et al
Game theory? Or otherwise known, in Dave King’s case at least, as the Prisoner’s dilemma.
Speaking of cases, I suspect the London egm will feature a new version of the closed bag theory, with Dave King the most likely to turn up, as is his wont, with the empty bag…..
Did Celtic fans get blamed for the burned out bus?
Monaghan..
Your are a genuis mate..
Love the ..Dave king oozes class…acting and sounding like a true.ranjur..
And we should be scared of these people..really…
.
I wouldn’t like to have to decide between Michael and Dave.
