While the postponement of today’s Premiership game against Dundee was inevitable, Brendan Rodgers and the players will be far from happy not participating in a game they prepared for. For the manager, in particular, this of one of the two games he could deploy Marvin Compper before heading to Ibrox a week on Sunday.
Compper signed his Celtic contact in December but it will be March before he wears the hoops for the first time. His experience would be invaluable at Ibrox next week, but on the back of only one game, and that against lower league opposition?
I don’t know the player but without further evidence, I’d stick with Ajer and Simonovic.

Being reported that his appeal has failed.
Lord Glennie judgement includes the provision the Dave King or NOAL may make the offer-but the offer must be made
__________________________
Does this not actually mean that he won?
Sounds like the judge has ruled in his favour.

That’s a win.

I dont think it will be a problem.
They need to prove they have around £14m in a bank account then they’ll end up parting with about 60p or something.
The annoying thing is the cost of making the offer.

Normal procedure in these sort of cases, and the numbers at first sight might seem astronomically high.
Don’t forget however that Dave King is still a man of substance despite the absurd claim that he is ‘skint’.
Mr King knows the system inside out and was simply laying down a marker, there is total method in his actions every time.
I always had an idea that the ‘sloppy joe’ tag might be a U.S. army term.
P.S.
I can just picture BSR hurtling along in his Geggie, guider or bogie resplendent in Sloppy Joe, snake belt, Khaki shorts and wellies (or sandshoes)

I can’t see the Glibby one making an offer for the shares, those who got their shares for 1p will be rubbing their hands, no way will he make them an offer of 20p, not a hope in hell.
He will slink into the background and resign as the hun chairman and everything in the hun garden will be rosy again, nothing to see here Timmy, move along now.

I replied to you earlier but you ain’t replied. Yes, I have a table for the 25th May, five at it at the moment, me and four mates who are not CQNers.
I hear you have a table, have you filled it yet?
Keep the Faith!
Hail Hail!
What is the general CQN opinion: Will we win The Treble again this Season?
I don`t think we are playing as badly as many seem to think but I don`t think we will (win The Treble).

Enjoyed reading the story. Always good to hear how people came to Celtic.
Totes Mcgroats Hot Smoked; we’ve been piffing about with umpteen squads and formations and haven’t had the quality (which is that bit above the SPFL level) available for the whole season but are still well ahead.

I think if we don’t win the treble it will be down to honest mistakes.
Loads of them.

Not sure we will. When we’ve won the treble on 4 previous occasions we have had exceptionally good teams playing well. We have rarely played well this season and have slipped up in games we should be winning. Add the ever changing defensive partnerships and lack of goals this season and I have my doubts.
BSR
We will agree to disagree on that

See my previous post.
Lots of players coming back to good fitness levels, less games to play, Brendan is the manager and we are the CELTIC!

To the Ann Lundin CSC, I saw her in a bar in town so I’d advise you guys to investigate further before
committing too much effort setting up your committee, things get somewhat less appealing below the news readers desk.
Very disappointed CSC.
“ Does this mean we can buy players? “

I wonder if the sheep realise that if they’d turned up and pumped the huns 3 times instead of the reverse, they’d be sitting just 3 points behind us on the same number of games played?
And the Huns would be comdemned to a struggle for 3rd with Hibs.
C’est la vie. Let the huns do what they like without consequence and that’s what you get; Like standing watching chimps in the zoo – wondering why they’re hurling their own faeces at you; it’s because they’re chimps and that’s what they do.
Chance to put the cheeky Hun monkeys back in their straitjackets on the 11th.
If we don’t start with the midfield trio of Broon, Kouassi and Ntcham to dominat and annihilate, I’ll despair.

So if we dont win the treble, im assuming you mean will we win the Scottish Cup?
Assuming we beat Morton , can I ask you this question.
Can Celtic win 2 games against Scottish opposition to make unique History of a double treble.
I know my answer
If we don’t start with the midfield trio of Broon, Kouassi and Ntcham to dominat and annihilate, I’ll despair.

I think the players coming back to fitness will tip the scales in favour of a Double Treble:))
Glibby has been called out…..meh…..so he has to make an offer…..watch for the “Hold on to your shares, they’re worth more than the offering” shout going into overdrive in all media…..and the gullibilies do just that….then what?

I would be not the least surprised if our Captain isn’t sent off against the Hun.
Pretty sure the MIB will be under instruction ( although not in so many words) that Broonie needs to be taught a lesson.
Far too ‘uppity’ for the blazers.
