Kick-off at 9am, let the football fans watch their team in without the distraction of Belfast’s nocturnal July activates, or switch the first leg to Glasgow. And then hold the second leg at 9am in Belfast.

So it seems that we have new unwritten rules, it would be handy if the rules were made known before time is spent writing posts only for them to be deleted on a whim.

I don’t care when we play the game in Belfast (if they qualify) or who goes, but I do care if the venues are reversed, that’s a no no, as I said earlier the security is the home teams responsibility not UEFA or CFC, if the 17th century Neanderthals turn up and can’t be kept in order so be it deal with it, they have two choices, one is a protest march against Catholics and the papel system of Rome is they’r choice of entertainment, and the other is a football game against a Scottish football team,the protest march is they’r business, we on the other hand just want to play football against the local team and like many other places we have visited through Europe leave the place the way we found it, with no animosity, trouble, or bad behaviour, and thank the locals for they’r generosity and kindness, and wish them all the best when they come to Celtic Park, simple.

I agree, my understanding though is, PSNI will have final say and UEFA are comfortable with this.
Linfield are desperate for first leg to be in Belfast, so are using any influence they have to keep first leg in Belfast for financial reasons. If they can’t control their revolting hordes then maybe they will have to consider moving to another venue, with second leg still at Celtic Park.

The new pitch at Celtic park is being laid over 2 close seasons,the main foundations are being laid just now with the hybrid stuff getting added after the final home game of the coming season

So the huns have appointed Mark Allan as a director of football after they have signed a whean of players, shrewd move, I also didn’t know he was about to get the sack from City for tapping up youth players resulting in their acadamy getting a two year transfer ban, should fit right in at the huns then.
