GUIDETTI POSER BEFORE INTER TEST

CELTIC will attack Inter Milan in their Europa League last 32 tie at Parkhead on Thursday night.

That’s the promise from Ronny Deila as he prepares his team for the crucial confrontation.

The Norwegian said: “We always attack, so nothing is changing.
“We are at home. We are attacking, but we haven’t conceded a goal until today, so I think that is a very good way to protect yourself.

“We will be ourselves, but we will know their weaknesses and strengths.

“We are much more direct now and we take more of the chances than we did before.
“However, we lost the ball too much as well, so we have to work on that.”
Deila started the game against St Johnstone with Leigh Griffiths the only change from the team that beat Partick Thistle in midweek.
He replaced John Guidetti and there will now be question marks over the Swedish striker as the Hoops gaffer plots the downfall of the Italian giants.
The on-loan Manchester City hitman, who is out of contract at the end of the season, looked a certainty to play in the latter stages of the European competition when he scored 11 goals in 16 games.
However, the goals have dried up and Deila overlooked him this afternoon when he took off Griffiths and put on Anthony Stokes in the second-half.
Now the guessing game before Thursday can start with £2.2million Stefan Scepovic also out in the cold.
After talking up Guidetti during the week then praising his effort at Firhill in Wednesday, it seemed somewhat strange that the Swede wasn’t involved at Perth. Maybe Ronny is keeping him for Thursday?
