  1. I think that’s the first game this season that Celtic really ran the game in both halves. Unlucky not to be a couple up first half, they were good value for 3-0

  2. Good that that’s over.

Best part: Eduard seems to have gotten his form back (playing with Griffiths?). Was Julien injured or not risked on plastic? Need to get Ajer back to right back asap.

  3. Playing poorer opposition since protest.

Nothing else changed, crazy line ups, slow to pass same guys picked no matter their form and we don’t look fit.

Today if we played dons hibs or huns we would see little change, only soro and turnbull added anything different and they were forced changes and he got lucky.

    3:0 against Hamilton reserves.

Keep the faith we get a change.

  4. happy with the 3 points and some passages of play – Moi and MJ looked sharp when they come on. our future is Soro and Turnbull.

Defensively we have not been tested recently and that is a concern – Dundee united will be a tough match and we must win and injury free!

    “Gotten” alert

  6. Very good today and if we play with the two upfront against the rotten mob, I think we can give them a spanking

  7. Much better in the second half.

Not including the cup final that put my blood pressure through the roof, that’s a third comfortable win and clean sheet in a row.

Eddie had his best match of the season and just wonder why it has taken our manager so long to pair him with Griff – it’s clear a partner brings out the best in Eddie.

Soro again excellent and protects a defence that still looks shaky.

Still think the damage has been done in the league but get a result at Ibrox and it’ll be interesting. Lennon has a lot to think about in terms of line-up. Does he bring back Brown or unleash Soro on them?

  8. If conditions hadn’t been so bad today we could have doubled our tally and put a significant dent in Sevco’s goal difference advantage but I’m very happy with 3-0. Let’s hope we keep it going on Wednesday night.

  9. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

    Better.

    Not terrible first half.

0-1 at half time would have felt better.

    Good stuff second half.

    Edouard is class.

    Good 70 minutes by Griff.

Shame we are not 3 weeks further into our recovery but hey ho.

Well done the manager on team selection today.

Jullien hates this surface / Bitton (for whatever reason) plays well on it.

Squad starting to get used a bit more effectively.

    Hail hail

    Keep The Faith

If Christie wants to go , I’d happily replace him with a team player . Especially one who can cross a ball .

Not our greatest performance but the players deserve a pat on the back for just coming out of the dressing room on a day like that .

  11. at least we got some second half goals , Accies offered nothing , terrible conditions on a horrible surface ( ha ha ha, probably better than ours just now)

  12. Thought we played well in both halves just lacked a bit of luck first half, theirs a massive difference in midfield loads of energy with the ball moving quickly, my only concern is the goalie still haven’t seen enough of him going into the game at ibrox, but we’ll done Celtic feeling better about my team again

  13. lets all do the huddle on

cant complain with that score and performance on that pitch and those horrendous conditions

    1 game at a time

    onto wednesday…

  14. PITYMEVIN-we have played 2up last two games against cannon fodder and you think we can go there and spank a team that has had our number for a few games now.How did you get to that conclusion

  15. glendalystonsils on

I know he wasn’t on long today but the more I see of Ajeti , the more I see pound notes flying out the window .

  16. Very simple,

It will be the first time he will play two up against them and that will give them something to think about.

I’ve watched their lat few games and they really are not the invincible club you seem to think they are.

I believe we will beat them and you don’t. Good for you, only time will tell.

Don’t know about huns but I know a lot of Celtic fans get frustrated with him at times .

  18. Frimpong might not be everyone’s cup of tea ,but he in my opinion he sure puts in a shift backtracking helping the full backs out, personally I would like to see him play as a out and out winger ,but another 3 points ,looking forward to Dundee Utd coming on Wednesday,

  19. In those conditions it probably was better to be playing on astro, on grass it would have been a quagmire.

Some good play in parts, but still lots of endeavour with little end product, 20+ shots on goal = 3 goals.

Anyhow 3 points, clean sheet, no injuries.

Even my 8 year old grandson thinks this is embarrassing.

To be fair to your Grandson, in his lifetime only Celtic have won the league, his expectations are set high🙂

  21. Eddie showed today why he’s wasted as a lone striker. Bringing the ball from just in their half and gliding past defenders and laying it off – the holding of the ball before playing to Griff for the second – superb.

  22. glendalystonsils on

When Bitton got a ‘nothing’ booking after 4 minutes , I thought the ref had been in a zoom meeting with Hugh Dallas and Wullie Collum .

  23. Well this is what we need at this point, another victory. And some improvement on and off the ball, as well as improvement from some players who recently have not been at the races so to speak. Just need to keep it going, as the song goes, one day at a time. Sweet Jesus
