I think Neil is a brilliant man manager and only way Bauer will get the right back jersey is if Hatem gets injured or moved in centre half to cover … as you say no fanfare but the bhoy is a player
The working classes (especially in the traditional heavy industrial areas of the North of England ) were shafted by Thatcher’s Tories. …even more than the normal shafting.
They never got to ‘share in the new economy ( other than as call centre operators).
It is depressingly understandable that they were motivated to ‘bring down the system’ by a carefully staged campaign.

Really surprised at the lack of rotation on Saturday. Celtic got the result but I don’t think that was ever in doubt. If Celtic are able to put in a 90 minute shift in France I’ll be happy to accept I am wrong.
Scott Brown at 34 completed a full 90 mins. I am very surprised Ntcham remained on the bench.

Perhaps Big Tam at RB is upping the game because he knows there’s a very good alternative snapping at his heels. That’s the way it should be. Paddy Roberts gave the mercurial Jamesie Forrest the jolt he needed and it’s always good for us in keeping complacency at bay.
Thirsday will be an energy-sapping 90 minutes and I therefore expect guys like Greg Taylor, Mo, Bauer and the Griff to steop in on Sunday without upsetting the balance of the team.

You have to wonder where have all the *Lawellout* posters gone? After Cluge they dominated the board, swamped for days on end with , sack him, pay him off, sell him on, then as results got better they silently sloped off one by one, hibernation maybe, not to be seen until we get gubbed again. Point being, IMO, it’s almost certainly the same ‘ people ‘ who wanted BR out (before his infamous exit) that are now hoping we boot PL out, i.e. Sevconians.

I’ve read a fair bit of rubbish on here since 2006 when I first joined but your post takes the biscuit. In case you’ve forgotten we are in the Europa League and not the Champions League where we should be. Our CEO failed to recruit players in time to prepare the team to meet the demands of Champions League qualification. This is the second successive season that he has failed to do so. We were knocked out by Cluj who are not as good as we are. We brought in quality players but after the horse had bolted. It did not help that our manager for reasons known only to himself, took leave of his senses before and during the Cluj game. We may have beaten Sevco at Ibrox and that has largely mollified us for now but some of us set our standards, hopes and expectations a bit higher than others. Your final words are not worthy of discussion.
