JAMES FORREST, Celtic’s most decorated player, celebrates his 35th birthday today.
The Premiership season starts on the Monday evening of August 3 when Dundee visit Parkhead on Flag Day – and that will kick off the evergreen winger’s search even more honours.
Forrest has amassed an incredible TWENTY-EIGHT medals – 14 league titles, eight Scottish Cups and six League Cups – making him the most decorated player in the club’s history.
He marked the launch of his glittering career with a debut goal in a 4-0 win over Motherwell in the east end of Glasgow on May 1 2010.
The prolific attacker claimed his 100th strike with a hat-trick in a 6-1 home romp against Hibs on October 15 2022.
HANDS UP IF YOU’RE HAPPY…evergreen James Forrest played his part in Celtic’s league and Cup double-winning season.
He maintained his stunning sequence of scoring in every year since his introduction as a substitute for Aiden McGeady against the Fir Park club when he netted in the 3-1 win over Aberdeen at Parkhead in December 2025.
It was also his 110th goal for the club.
Now there is a new season coming up fast with fresh challenges for the Prestwick-born one-club man.
