   Some of your links last night had me reminiscing to a by gone day, made my Cup final eve pass a bit quicker although only had a few hours kip, but nearly kick off time, absolutely love the Scottish Cup final :-)

   Just off the phone to youngest daughter in Oz. She’s gutted she can’t be here to watch the game but just wanted to let us know she’ll be keeping her fingers crossed that we do the TT.

    

   It made me think of all those overseas fans who still follow us and the commitment it takes to actually do that. It’ll be midnight in Melbourne when the game kicks off yet literally hundreds, if not thousands of expats, will be cheering us on in a multitude of homes and probably the odd pub or two. I doff my cap to guys like Melbourne Mick who never miss an opportunity to see our games regardless of the time of kick off.

    

   Hope today is the historic day we all hope it to be, when the finale whistle blows I’ll have a wee drink and dedicate it to all those that can’t be here with us. HH history awaits.
