Not surprisingly, players under less pressure are looking not bad.

Ajer, Hayes, Lustig, Simo, Brown & Calmac.

In flashes, Johnston shows how to play when closely marked.

We’re playing right in to their hands for a rope a dope.

    Shambolic team selection.

    Mickey Johnson??

Tom Rogic hasn’t kicked a ball since he returned from injury.

    Ridiculous stuff.

Despite foul count from Hertz being 10 to our 5, it’s our player who gets 1st yellow card.

Ajer got the ball but had studs showing & that was enough for Collum.

  5. Well the less said about that half the better. Massive improvement required from Celtic in the 2nd period if we are to retain the cup and complete the 3×3. Lenny being out thought by Levin at the moment, our Mid F is almost non existent.

Poor, poor stuff. TR has had one touch, too many passes going astray, no focus or drive.

  7. Hearts being stuffy, hard to break down. The longer the game went the more in control we became.

Keep playing, moving forward, and shooting into the Celtic end helps too of course:-)

  8. I very seldom watch Celtic , live, on TV. Are all the commentators so desperate to make Celtic seem bad and the opposition to be admired?

Zero football, very subdued performance from Broony, rogic and forrest………need to up the pace.

  10. Awful bloody Awful … the season continues….midfield have not been in it….usual suspects,TR where are you?…do this lot really want it ? well Neil Francis …it’s your last chance Saloon or. 45 minutes….

Aye Wullie , we’ve got your number . Let hearts players away with multiple fouls then book a Celt at first opportunity.

The destiny of this match is still in our hands though but we’ve got to shake ourselves into action. Very flat , pedestrian and uninventive first half considering what’s at stake.

Midfield absent as Rogic doesn’t compete, he is of course capable of magic here’s hoping. Forrest on touchline completely out of it.

Gollum? How is it opposition players get endless lectures after fouls our player get straight yellows? Clown of a man!

Predictably and worryingly drab. My love for Lenny is always most challenged when I’m watching the team!

Hertz are crap. Bunch of hammer throwers.

Would be delighted with an ugly 1-0.

  14. we are oh so slow in mind and movement , taking the easy option of passing to the nearest player when a forward pass and move would be more effective , the only plus point its only half time to get it sorted.

  15. Celtic very slow and laboured in the build up, Rogic has done nothing Johnston likewise, ball getting kicked in the air rather than passed, they want to make it a fight in the middle, need to up the tempo although the pitch looks slow maybe the grass is long, must do better, get someone else in the middle of the park to help Scott Brown .

I expect us to over run them in the last 20 mins to cap off a long difficult season.

    C’mon the Hoops.

Disconnected play in first half from Celtic.

More movement in middle third and especially in final third needed.

Is this a game for a 16 year old to emerge as the game winner?

  18. As poor a 45 . To many just not doing.

NFL has a big half time team talk.

    this is F**** Hertz ffs.
