    I was astonished, pre game, that Hayes was getting a game ahead of 2 actual LBs.

     

     

    He was man of the match for me. Didn’t really have a winger to deal with but had a RM and RB ahead of him.

     

     

    As such, he played like a LM and passed inside with precision and confidence to Christie, Brown, Ntcham, McGregor to constantly break the Hearts lines through the middle.

     

     

    Well done Johnny Hayes – PS will he sue Shay Logan for saying he shits in shoes on national TV?

    Anyone else notice Micheal Stewart going on and on about Julien when he hammed it up a bit after a challenge by McLean, but said nothing when a Hearts player threw himself to the ground clutching his face when Eddie bumped in to the back of him?

     

     

    Was it just me or did I read Neil Lennon’s lips correctly when he turned to the bench and called Madden ‘a $%^£$&* cheat’ after Christie was penalised for a foul? He really should have spoken out about it. Better to do it in victory than leaving it to when they cost us points.

     

     

    The pitch last night was an apt metaphor for the the state of Hearts. Just shows you what happens when you give power to incompetent people like Levein and are then too slow or cowardly to correct the error. But despite my distaste of all things maroon, I’d still prefer Hamilton to go down. They are the epitome of a football club that should not exist.

     

     

    The pitch, weather, ref and lack of a left sided midfielder did’t help last night. However, we started poorly (again) and were wasteful in front of goal. If things will ‘click’ soon we will batter someone 6/7/8 nil. If they do not I fear a sucker punch is coming.

    Quite frankly astounded by that shout. Thought Hayes was our poorest areas.

     

     

    He looked like he struggled with the conditions and spent 50% of his evening on the deck.

     

     

    He also really struggled to cover the Hearts RB who had the beating of him.

    It’s amazing how supporters see things differently.

     

    I thought Johnny Hayes had a very poor game. There is no doubting he gave 100% , but it wasn’t good enough on the night.

     

     

    But hey ho it’s all about opinions.

    Just watched the highlights and was , again, impressed by the manner in which Jamesie feinted (!) to create enough space to enable the cutback for our second goal.
