Live updates will (hopefully) appear below after 12:15.

Sorry for the downtime.  Server problems and I was out of the country this week.  Will respond to emails later – thanks to all who got in touch.  Never leave home, is probably the best advice.
Paul.

  1. Keepers that can make the saves Hart makes and play out from the back are going for very big money.

We’ll be doing well to sign better for next season. The last two keepers signed for their supposed ball skills were Barkas and De Vries. Both among the qprst I’ve seen at Ctoc.

  2. SETTING FREE THE BEARS FOR RES. 12 & OSCAR KNOX on 11TH MARCH 2023 3:40 PM

I really don`t think we can compare the Jock and Martin times with the current situation as , unless my memory fails me, the financial gap between teams in Europe , including England, then was nowhere near as big as it is now.

I don`t think any Manager in the world could win the CL with Celtic (except Ange , maybe :-)) ).

  3. to go in a different direction, imagine that 66-74 squads being able to make 5 subs, and if keepers couldnt pick up the ball.

  4. setting free the bears for Res. 12 & Oscar Knox on 11th March 2023 3:30 pm

    You are so Madeleine Albright.

And the thing is, Europe is taking notice with the panache that Celtic play wae, disnae matter who we are up against.

    Building well.

    Excited. Y.

  5. !!BADABING!!

Regarding Ange’s comments on CCV, when they went back to the studio Connie McLaughlin asked Michael Stewart so is CCV the best defender in the league? Stewart answered, ‘one of them’. Unfortunately she didn’t ask a follow up who are the others? And who is the best?

  6. David66, on the road for a few days and forgot to put 50p in the meter (hmmm). I provide business continuity for a living, believe it or not. Cobblers sons/no shoes.

MELBOURNE MICK, there was seats in the back for you too.

    GNK9160, indeed.

FAVOURITE UNCLE. Pablo and the Beatles! Kojo and the dug! What times.

    Big Jimmy, no comment, officer.

MODERATOR1888, I though I’d make the job easier for a wee while!

HOT SMOKED, I had the same thought. Would anyone notice?

PHILCOOL, welcome back to you too.

    AIPPLE, echo that.

    ‘GG, the traumas…

GLASS HALF FULL, a little from column A, a little from column B.

MNCELT, Celtic Last Minute . com.

That was a great Celtic performance today. It must be near impossible to plan to play against us. Second half at Tynecastle in a Scottish Cup quarter final and we’re introducing fringe players to get them up to speed.

Honestly cannot remember a time like this.

  7. P67 trying to justify what isn’t needed….noo that’s the Internet for u lol

  8. If Kate Forbes gets elected as FM of Scotland I’d, despite my deep reservations about the SNP, I’d seriously think about voting for a Person that is bold and Honest, frae whit I can gather.

You never miss it till it’s not here. Welcome back CQN,fair missed all the chat and words of wisdom.

Thank you Celtic (again) for turning on the style.

Always love that toe-tapper “the wee huns are shite” it will be running about my brain all night.

Draw predictor (I’m only slightly paranoid😀)

What I want – thems, what we will probably get-Huns out of the bag first – gives them Home dressing room and Saturday game, Second – winners of Ayr v Falkirk- gives them the weakest team, Third – Inverness- Home dressing room, Fourth – ra Bhoys – Sunday game and away dressing room

*As Meat Loaf once said, “you took the words right out of my mouth”, as they say over here, we are approaching the business end of the season and it’s all about RSPCA/S, royal society for prevention of cruelty to animals or sevco as they are legally named, and season book time is rapidly approaching.

bealzebub is saying all the right words now especially about the 2 typical hun signings being out for the rest of this season and being ready for the preseason games, it’s all about preserving his billet tae, so a cup final appearance will ensure all the SBs are sold and then he’ll spin it that they will be ready when he gets all his own signings in place.

This is the genius, based on his time at São Paulo were he was one of the managerial assistants who were eliminated in State League, Brazilian Cup and 2017 Copa Sudamericana in the space of one month and were in the relegation zone in the Brazilian League, when they were all sacked, where after only a short time back at “The Academy” in Kirby slippy took him up tae hades and the rest is history.

Meanwhile the gullible will lap it all up aided and abetted by the smsm.

Oh, and I must admit to being a wee bit concerned about the days game considering the stakes for sevco that were at hand especially after the performance on Wednesday night where I, a bit uncharacteristically for me, lost it for a bit, again apologies tae Tiny Tim.

As usual you give a great analysis of the situation.

I wonder what odds I would get for predicting the order of the draw?

Big Jimmy might be able to help

    Is it as straightforward as

    1st – 4/1

    2nd- 3/1

    3rd -2/1

Or is the whole thing much less predictable if you state the order before a ball is picked?

Laurie from Dennistoun, also known as the articulate(d) Laurie.

Tontine Tim As usual you give a great analysis of the situation.

Thanks, here’s what I wrote just before the site went off the air, so saved it as I believe it is quite relevant:

    CONEYBHOY on 8TH MARCH 2023 10:02 PM

According to BBC, Kent ‘drew a foul’ for the key pen to go 2-1, there’s euphemisms and there’s push cover up

*Then this morning there was “bealezebulb says sakala was unplayable and has warned fat boy he faces a fight to get back into the side after colak’s two goals.

Also kid on tims manager lee johnson says “outstanding” goth ran the game in sevco’s comfortable victory.

  15. P67…av got to ask…if you de-montised the blog…how much would it cost us ;-))
