  2. I dont think anyone can or should underestimate that performance from Celtic today. Lets not underestimate – what happened, how it happened and when it happened.

Outside of hun games – thats one of the best results in YEARS.

    WHAT HAPPENED

Questionable attitudes have been replaced with a steely determination made up of physical strength, mental strength and skill.

Within the past few weeks Celtic have stepped it up a couple of gears il be honest and say I didnt think they had.

We have just beaten the two dirtiest teams away from home and never looked more comfortable.

    HOW IT HAPPENED

    Everyone was absolutely awesome tonight.

Samaras is a player possessed, Forster was collecting balls on the edge of the area, Mulgrew was totally focussed with no losses of concentration whatsoever, Brown was as good as Brown has been in a Celtic strip, Hooper worked his butt off.

    WHEN IT HAPPENED

Tonight was THE fixture Celtic Football Club so typically delivered a shot into the arm of Rangers.

In addition we owed Neil Lennon that one, at that venue in front of those bigotted fans, thousands of whom couldnt bare the thought of sitting for 2 thirds of a game with the prospect of listening to Celtic fans gloat and the Celtic team batter theirs – so they left.

Also – I dont think the random addition to tonights Sky panel – Steve Lomas really did room with Neil Lennon as often as he might have said to get himself an extra pay cheque judging by Lennons reaction to the ‘and thanks to your former room mate’ comment by Tanner at the end..!

Just marvellous Celtic. Fantastic and not a failure. Again. Lenny I said after Kilmarnock you had to be backed. Some others on this blog did too. Thanks Neil and thanks Celtic. HH.

  4. I am in awe of that team tonight.

    Worked hard for each other.

    Well disciplined under severe provocation.

    Led by an inspirational captain.

    Ruthless.

Well done to Neil and his coaching staff.

They were under lots of pressure and came through IN SPADES

  5. Samaras was sublime. Look what happens when a manager like Neil shows total faith in a player.

  8. Still haven’t seen a side on view to convince me

ball was over the line, therefore it WISNAE.

  9. Blog down again tonight – what will happen if/when the Huns die and, hopefully, we go on to win the league, the league cup and the scottish cup?!?!?!??!

Excellent performance tonight. That bhoy Scott Brown looks no a bad player! – energy, vision and a knack for goal. We should get him on a long term contract!

    No huns in scotland indeed!!!!!

the much-maligned broonie and sammi looked like world beaters tonight. and all this without our two best players from last season. future’s very bright

  12. Lennon thought Forrest was outstanding?

what game was he watching, as for Hooper and that useless big chancer Samaras

    I despair I realy do….

    Brown,Brown…don’t get me started….

    oooooft…..

God/Yoda I need to start watching games in hun pubs….

  13. Hearts manager very ungracious to us in his interview,

3 lucky breakaway goals without trying

    Poor from him

    get it right round ye

    Hail Hail

    Mike

  14. Big Result, Bhoy what a difference when you do your defending from the front, not accross the 18yd box, I hope Neil keeps this Tactic for the rest of the season.Takes all the pressure off the back four, and well the game speaks for it’s self not a failure, and to hear the pundits greeten aboot decisions, but they keep tellen us, they EVEN themselves out over a season ya beauty.

    Awerabest PJ

  15. Our performance and clean sheet will ensure there are not many huns with clean sheets tonight.

  16. Talking of dodgy decisions, why didnt they show a replay of Matthews getting a burst lip with what looked like an elbow?

I’m delighted for everyone connected to Celtic

worth of he and his puppeteer master Gordhun; whom in subservience to la Jabba is so macho sheepo that he allows chico the friendly chimp to mow his grassy lands rather than he chew the cud with fellow hun grazers the more pressing navel aspects of stupified gaze avoidance.

  19. Couple of hours to go and i can watch it again on channel 67. Great game bhoys – A big up to the support – emmense as usual THIS IS CELTIC

  20. by ghod that was a good preformance tonight, the whole celtic team hunted in packs and worked for each other. heart could not live with the tempo and that more than anything else will determine if we win the league. dont think any team in scotland would live with the tempo, passing and hunting down that celtic done tonight.

now its time to regroup we have a game to win on saturday
