St Stivs- yep, we are on the proverbial horns of a dilemma. I don’t have the answers. There’s no Mary poppins scenario here unless we do something seriously spectacular or DD and PL have serious rabbit to pull out of their top hats.
Personally I’d love to see the current group turn it round, but I don’t see how. I’m worried about the players attitude. Ryan Christie won’t be greetin in the dressing room today or if we eventually win the ten. That peeves me somewhat because unlike him I’m a celtic supporter before all else, he’s a pro footballer. Just the way it is. But all those wee things, the x percent that changes things one way or another, they are all thecwtong side of change for the better just now.
I’m waffling. I’m confused by it all. I’m angry at it. So thank god I’m not in charge. Tough decisions ahead.
While I’m waffling I might add that I don’t think I’d have played the two scotland internationals today. I’d have gonecforcfrsher legs and clearer minds. But hey ho. It is what it is.
Having a beer tonight. Celtic on my mind, hope in my heart despite all the doubts. I might even dig out some old posts on a celtic membership scheme looking at eventual supporter ownership. The cognitive dissonance i have to go through to reconcile my politics and economics with following modern fitba is particularly challenging.

Just a symptom of the sentimentality and complacency that has gripped the club since the start of the season. Have refused belligerently to accept what their eyes have seen this season. They are now as naked as the proverbial emperor. Last seen kicking cans down the road…

We can’t all be as clever as you Big Wavy, besides, some of us know that no matter how angry and worked up we get that coming on here insulting everyone who still backs the manager won’t change a single thing.
It’s as bad as it gets when it’s almost expected that we will not, play well and win and that we have the sieve well and truly back.
Not even really disappointed after that game, it’s been the same all season, away to Kilmarnock, Aberdeen and now a poor Hibs side as well as European embarrassment and the worst Celtic performance I’ve ever seen against the Huns, zero shots on goal in that one.
Time for a change Neil has to go, the league is almost certainly already gone but without a change of manager and back room staff the Huns will win this league by twenty points, we are that bad.

my German colleagues cant believe that we the fans dont really own celtic in the same structres as they do. having said that though, if we did maybe there would be even more in fighting, who knows.
