All managers have their ceilings, Rodgers is young enough to achieve more than he has so far but as yet he doesn’t look capable of going deep, as they say, in Europe
I don’t think Gerrard is half the manager Rodgers is yet but he’s managed to go better two seasons in a row with his bunch of misfits and journeymen.

Where have I shown a dislike for BR in what I posted?
All I’ve done is pointed out his obvious shortcomings that will have a bearing on the big European clubs’ thinking.
You don’t talk about being part of a European super league one week and the next appoint someone who hasn’t got within a million miles of anything. The team that nearly won the prem got put out of the Europa league by a Turkish outfit at the first knockout stage. He doesn’t just get doings by better teams, he gets beaten by poorer ones.
Do you not think Barcelona might have a few reservations about someone with that record?

The share price of any company is based on their ability to generate income
If income reduces then so does the value of the club/business
Season tickets are the main source of income
Not renewing reduces the individual share price and overall market price of the club which allows more supporters to buy shares or a consortium to take over
I thought we had loads of great business men, innovative thinkers, great at increasing revenue.etc …. no? Is that not what we’ve always been told on here, turns out the strategy is to increase your season book money, whilst they sit with millions of our money in the bank, so shut up Timmy and give us your cash.
The only connection in the club is between the team and the support, the rest are only interested in you spending
