    Another wonderful day at Hampden with 33000 or so celts.

     

     

    I was high up the south stand but watched from the tennels.

     

     

    Kyogs goals are things of beauty.

    For years iv tried to wean myself off Scottish football-with all the unfairness-but i watched this game today-and all the old euphorias peaked at Kyogos goals-what did i learn ? Its in the blood-thats what i learned-i will always love Celtic.Thankyou for the HIGH.

    Well done Celtic. Two great goals that would grace any final. I’m enjoying the pain of all the neutral commentators. ROGIC CCV and Kyogo brilliant. CS should have been subbed early in the second half. He was woeful and not half as good as young Welsh. He could’ve cost us the game.

    I suppose, in a nod to the season that’s in it, we should spare a few moments to think of the puir wee Huns who are at this very minute spewing their rings, trying to get their heads round the fact that Ange won his first trophy at the first attempt while Slippy the Great lost his first NINE!!

     

     

    And as a wee example of synchronicity, I had asked my Tipperary-born better-half to pick up an extra box of lager for Christmas visitors. I’ve just noticed it was Fosters!! Ah well, it was meant to be. Slurp. Cheers all Tims.

    Then one foggy Christmas, Ange came to say.

     

     

    Always winning this trophy, despite SFA and upscaled asinine SMSM coverage it was merely a question of when and how. There was nothing Hibs could do, to prevent Tom Rogic, Calum MacGregor, CCV dominating a game of football. Not even our Carl, who managed to somehow misstime headers with both sides of his head, in each half. Hibs admittedly a side in flux, didn’t merit a break and Stephen Welsh’s appetite well whetted, it keeps the Swede on his SPL toes .

     

     

    Captain Calum MacGregor again ruled Hamdump, where to give us our due, misty Celts set about Hibs in a manner not seen before the season of the cabin fevered wantaway. Postecoglu appeared to win the game by a country mile in personnel, tactics, selection and format. But only AP knew that Kyogo was fit for wrapping the flag round his bhoy via Parkhead by full time, ace Kyogo converting with two sublime finishes. A manager that fills jerseys with players put to where they should be, smell the fear.

    Well done Ange, our fantastic second-choice manager. Haha that Eddie Howe must be a genius.

     

    There seems to be an inevitability about Celtic winning now, though we might have struggled without Kyogo. We really miss Jota. Don’t suppose he’ll be fit for 2 Jan?

    Stephen Craigen calling it right about Starfelt poor defender hope Ange replacing him in the transfer window in January,and Craigen right about the amount of hamstring injuries our players are picking up ,possibly the training and systems that Ange demands from the players are the cause.

    Sit the back 4 at 20yds out and suck in the opposition.

     

    Play the ball over the advancing opposition heads.

     

    Kyogo will reach most of those balls with his pace.

     

    Kyogo will put a lot of those balls away and destroy the opposition.

     

    We should know all off this already.

     

    For the hun 9 in a row era we walked into the above trap more than a lot.

     

    Mr Stein says the game is simple, so keep it simple.

     

    Don’t try to play like the Lisbon lions without having lion’s in our team.

     

    The Lisbon Lion’s are cherished legends, don’t try to copy them, they can’t be copied, they must be loved and cherished and their families looked after if possible.

     

    Play to our strengths, Kyogo is our strength.

     

    Make the ball work and there’ll be less injuries.👍
