  1. adam idah has scored 22 goals for celtic.

3 of these in the champions league, 2 of which are agaisnt an english top 6 side.

he has scored a winning cup final goal against the rangers, and another at ibrox.

he was very sharp reactions for the villa and united goals, and dont forget the finish agansit slvan.

all types of goals from all sorts of places.

    he is 24 years old,

he will be developted, and someone darn sarf will pay twice as much for him.

    slagging him, hhmmm,

    also scored 4 international goals

in brendans opinions and selections i trust.

Rerun of the first Hibs goal just now.

Individual failings by Trusty, Engels, McCowan, McGregor and Taylor.

CCV and Kasper didn’t do much to prevent it either.

  3. lets all do the huddle on

cant believe folk still think that whether they thought the ball was in or out is actually the issue here.

the issue is bigger than that.

but will get lost in those arguments.

  4. The Neville “X” confirms that VAR would see that as out. They dont,as Neville was saying have the shot from above the line, which shows it in.As I said,if Hibs had equalised from that, the discussion would be the same” Cheating bastards”.I detest Muir as much as anyone, but I thought it was out,and I am a fanatic who would have been fekin raging if it had been Hubs, and the goal awarded.

No damage done today so it can’t be portrayed as sour grapes if Celtic go to town on Alan Muir and the SFA.

Clearly replacing Crawford with wee Willie’s youtube channel hasn’t quite worked.

    Enough already.

  6. SS,

You can trust in Brendans decisions all you want.Does not make Idah a better option through the middle than Maeda,at the moment.

  7. SS

He looked as if he couldn’t be arsed and played as if he couldn’t be arsed ,standing offside and being offside, has he got a bad attitude?

  8. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Chancy trying to help out Bambi on the first St Mirren goal.

Just a poor player who trembled with responsibility beyond his ability.

  9. We were looking for a equaliser or going on to win the game ,why oh why did Rodgers not bring the young striker who has been scoring plenty of goals for Shamrock Rovers on ,

  10. Dexter P. Bampot on

I’m not having the no pre-season for Adam excuse for today. I’m Irish and really wanting him to flourish for both the Hoops and Ireland. But that was pretty unacceptable today for a Celtic no 9. Most especially the one where he didn’t square for Daizen and Kühn.

Needs a kick up the backside

  11. Adam appears NOT to understand what OFFSIDE really is.

His sense of positioning is abysmal. He does my head in.

  12. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Respectfully, why do some people still drag out this tired old line about “always playing your best 11” ?

Can they not see what is happening in elite professional sport?

In short, if the manager plays his best 11 always?

They’ll stop being his best 11 after half a season.

    Because they’ll be knackered.

  13. I have hope when Brendan was talking to the referee after the game he was saying that we will be looking for the definitive picture which overturns his decision and the audio recording between the Hun ref and the Hun VAR

  14. Celtic should and probably will seek answers on Muir’s decision.

I think it appropriate that officials are binned for wrong calls. This wasn’t marginal or subjective, he misapplied the rules.

  15. Evening all.

    ‘Brendan got out of jail’

I didn’t realise he was ‘In the jail’.

Keep the eyes on the prize.

In Brendan and the Bhoys I trust, if you do not want to, there is a team in Govan that will gladly take your hard earned cash.

Gerrybhoy – I can’t figure out mcc- was he n the wrong position today or invisible?

1 good pass, apart from that, no impact in midfield at all. I guess that’s why he was hooked.

Clearly replacing Crawford with wee Willie’s youtube channel hasn’t quite worked.

The Blogger, I’m convinced THAT was the point, replacing Crawford with Gollum was a patsy taking on a patsy role (willingly) to play the patsy so that they (the SFA) could say “Look, we’ve we’ve even put a Tim in charge of the referees so there can’t be any bias. Isn’t that right Wujllie?”

    Aye, right!

I also noticed that McLean, after each contentious decision against Celtic, called over Calmac to explain the decision. Never seen that before – am I being paranoid in thinking that was pre-planned?

clyde is funny tonight, but i really think Hugh using the term rangers ground zero when they are about to be taken over by americans is just in poor taste.

    You being ironical(charlie nicholas)

A takeover you say Stivs, well done if that happens,i have reservations on who owns the majority of the half billion+ shares, not forgetting exactly how much is debt, how much is shares.

Now dont believe the waitindto be telts in the rekkkord about it being Daves pick, that is as squinted as his eyes.As per usual no investigation,no questioning from the media here bout the buy in. :-))

    Timbhoy 163

If Celtic had won I believe your comments would have been different…the 163 is not in relation to your IQ per chance??

  20. As Brendan said, the result turned on Muir’s whim. I also thought that we should have won the game. Idah in the first half and Jota in the second went for Hollywood goals rather than easy passes for unmarked teammates

  21. GlassTwoThirdsFull on

Maybe Leigh Griffiths was in the VAR studio, obscuring Muir’s view of the incident…….?

Thanks for your reply, however you are completely wrong.

We, as Celtic supporters have no right to think we should win every game, that in my opinion is a trait that supporters of ‘the mob’ believe.

Again, thanks for your reply, it’s all about opinions.
