Personally I’d keep the interim management team in place until the end of the year, with the new guys working alongside to familiarise themselves with the players and the vibe, and working away in the background to identify potential targets to give them more of a squad to fit their vision (and secure adequate replacements for January departures).
Surely bringing in a new leadership team, who don’t know the players, right before games against the league leaders, Roma and a cup final, reduces the likelihood of positive outcomes to those three big games.
