What is the shambles re the manager appointment that you speak of ?
Would you have rather we hadn’t brought MoN Shaun in ?? I guess you could have really lampooned the board then ?
Would you rather we didn’t persist in bringing the first choice guys they want in despite the wait ?
Personally who ever is running the process is to be credited for bringing in a strong interim solution and not leaving it with the reserve coach or whatever.
I guess if you hold a bitter resentment and can see those in authority as baddies then you may chose to view it as not so good. But even you must see it as good in terms of how it is transpired since we got rid of BR. A less good squad due to injury achieving significantly better results. That works for me.

Burnley,
See my post at,10.16.You have extreme faith in this Board, please tell us what they will do.
Imo, our Board made a fine decision in appointing MON. I have the feeling that much of his current success is at least in part down to Shaun Maloney. He knew the abilities of the likes of Yang. The players have responded so well. In fact, some of them, like Engels, are showing their true calibre, which for whatever reason under our former manager simply disappeared. CONFIDENCE is the name of the game.
Thank you, Martin and Shaun.

The Blogger,
Sorry,no hero worship for MON from me.Point is,if I was angling to sack the manager,I would have made sure I had a replacement.5 weeks down the line, seems that was not the case, just another fek up from a clueless Board.Because of that fek up,they brought in a managerial pair, temporarily, who have exceeeded all expectations, and now leave this dithering Board in a quandary
Upset the rhythm by letting your new choice of manager take charge of a pool of players he knows nothing about, and they know nothing about him endangering the progress made,or,let the interim pair carry on.Simple question.

MoN and his team have done a fantastic job. We’re looking very healthy across all fronts.
Our midfield should be settled for the rest of the season – Engels, Hatate and CalMac is our best combination. No doubts for me.
A huge win today. Again, like St Mirren, we’ve got the points despite having a lower XG. So problems still remain as evidenced with McCowan playing right wing.
However, results are all important and MoN has given an incoming manager a great platform.
However the manger will be, he should be in asap for me. If we don’t have confidence in him leading us over the next few weeks the we should not be employing him.
Thanks again, Martin ! Hopefully a fantastic send off on Wednesday night.

Rage Bait is in full flow on CQN tonight……………….. usual suspects
It is very profitable
Do you find yourself getting increasingly irate while scrolling through your social media feed?
If so, you may be falling victim to rage bait, which Oxford University Press has named its word or phrase of the year.
It is a term that describes manipulative tactics used to drive engagement online, with usage of it increasing threefold in the last 12 months, according to the dictionary publisher.
Rage bait beat two other shortlisted terms – aura farming and biohack – to win the title.
The list of words is intended to reflect some of the moods and conversations that have shaped 2025.
What is rage bait?
Even if you don’t know the term, if you’re a social media user, it’s quite likely you have been rage baited.
According to Oxford University Press, which publishes the Oxford English Dictionary, it is defined as online content deliberately designed to elicit anger or outrage by being frustrating, provocative, or offensive.
What is rage baiting and why is it profitable?
Such content is typically posted in order to increase traffic to websites or social media accounts.
It is similar to its internet cousin clickbait, where a headline is used to lure a reader in to view an article or video.
But rage bait content has a more specific focus on making people cross.
