Ref and linesman cheats.
But reality is a mediocre performance and a continuation of a playing system that is toothless.
Once again we are reliant on a brilliant individual moment to get a point.

Shocking offside allowed to score. Some shocking finishing from us. Absolute class finish from James and another great effort which keeper saved.
Easily a game we should have won by a couple of goals,

Balde has to leave the field despite not needing treatment. Whaaat? These officials make up the rules.

WIth Commons probably out if it’s a hamstring – list of key players missing is sobering. Need another drink.

I hope Neil calls this officiating disgrace for what it is. Lucky no more serious injuries. Blatant incompetence at best with Hibs goal.

We don’t know either way, there are plenty to boot us, we don’t need to boot ourselfs when we don’t know how much we try.
For all we know we had the private jet out and James Bond but he wasn’t interested.
Anyway
Still unbeaten, good performance considering the weather, a goal that shouldn’t have stood, a ref that allowed hibs to boot us all over the park, and an inspired keeper.
Last season we would have lost today.
Hail hail.

fan-a-tic. How was the system toothless when their keeper made 8 saves? Only thing that was toothless was our finishing, not the system.

I have had worse days
Need to decide who is our striker and get the ball to him,
apart from that and taking into accout Mibbery which remember if they do their job properly(as in apply the rules) I know they carried out their anti celtic duties its a victory away at Easter road.
Coneybhoy on
Ridiculous decision at their goal but we had enough ball and chances against a decent Hibs performance. Could have, possibly should have won this comfortably but an away point.
a story of missed chances today but surely the main talking point of the match is the offside goal and should imho be questioned by our beloved club. yet again we are cheated out of 3 points and if we continue to lie down to these “honest mistakes” there is NO future for us UNLESS we speak out
who are these people that allow these decisions
we demand to know there names

I think the problem was we never had a real striker playing in the box. Neither Stokes nor Pukki was where Hooper would have been.

Should have won. Played well enough to win. Lack of goalscorer cost us again, along with incompetent officials.
jimbo67 on
Obviously we should have won the game – several good chances missed and their goal was obviously offside. Hope Kris C is ok for Tuesday. Have to say I was happy with the point though- after the equaliser ( the thing of beauty) I was seriously worried that Murray would have some crucial intervention. A hideously refereed match but an entertaing one. Big plus point was Darnell Fisher – he looks the part.
A horrible wet day (a leveler as it is called) A terrible reffereeing decision (surprise surprise) and to many good chances missed. A 1-1 draw will do me.

Good performance from Fisher. Ledley gives us some dig in midfield. Efe and Virgil good again.
We missed too many chances today and need to shoot more rather than pass in box.
Ach well – at least it wisny they stoopit ‘black strips’ this season :)
God Bless yeez awe – Off oot.

Would have no worries starting with Fisher on Tuesday if Lustig isn’t fit, and would start with Pukki ahead of Stokes. Forrest must play as should Joe Ledley.

That was a great Celtic performance, one or two lads were a bit off but it would be churlish to dwell on that. Hibs keeper made some great stops and a mixture of bad luck and poor finishing and a blatant offside goal prevented us from taking the 3 points. The reality though is that we battered them must have created at least a dozen great chances and wee James showed why he should be one of the first names on the team sheet. Perhaps the naysayers will lay off him for a bit now that they have a couple of new targets.

Unbeaten all season, away from home, terrible weather, Hun ref, we didn’t lose, should have won.
Yet still the usual suspects moan.
Wonder how many of these guys played football at any level, probably mangers as they seem to know so much about the game, and more pertinently do they actually go to see Celtic?
Hibs 1 Celtic 1 …..honest mistakes (again) 1……. Someone at Celtic Park has to say. Some thing here, it’s now getting worse than it ever was, the that sort of football from Hibs has to be stoped.

We really need a poacher and an enforcer.

Should have won that
Why did Balde have to go off ? with head collision, and why when we have a 6’4″ centre forward is he not allowed to challenge any high ball – aye again the ref.
Now Neil Francis, please decide on should be playing through the middle, and make them stay there !

Celtic get a draw away from home against a desperate Hibs side gifted an offside goal of a start.
Vastly superior for 93 minutes NFL will be reasonably content.
Superb debut for Darnell Fisher, and James Forrest almost rescued all three points despite off days for Stokes, Pukki and Samaras.
Lack of a chance taker despite all those options on the park, cost Celtic in the one horse race to the flag.
No harm done today, in the lead up to the big league game but Celtic are short of a striker.
Celtic would have won comfortably were it not for the continuing SFA corruption.
