  1. Hibs are doing exactly what is necessary. They are mixing it with Celtic and getting stuck into the 50/50’s knowing Celtic have a game coming up. If I was manager of Hibs that is exactly what I would tell my players… get stuck in. That’s football.

  2. Neil needs to rethink his tactics.

Even if Forrest gets behind his man who does he cross to?

Sammi or stokes wide left or Cutback to Pukki?

Same long time story of possession without punch.

Good showing from Fisher – he’s stood up well to some treatment.

    HH!

  4. The MIB apologists among the commentary team are setting new lows even for Scotland where the corruption among officials was a welll rehearsed part of the culture when the Old Rangers played.

The team think that the referee must have thought that the Celtic player, Brown kicked the ball! What absolute pish to come away with.

All SFA referees should have been sacked when they went on strike because of Neil Lennon (according to Brother Brown), that was the time to clean out the stables and bring in foreign referees.

    Pukki utterly anonymous so far.

Obviously not watching the same game as me.

Getting stuck in and great link up play, all bar one chance has been set up by Pukki.

    But yeah, anonymous.

  6. re the offside

if the Hibs player was in line with the Celtic defence, then he would still have got there well before our defence and scored, our defence were slack and at fault.

Scottish refs are -1 V Celtic, always were and always will be.

  7. Kitalba, agree to an extent, but Hibs should be sitting on 3-4 bookings.

If they are able to foul with impunity it makes a mockery of the game.

We see this all the time, refs just letting our opponents away with some scandalous challenges.

Re Stokes……..he’s back to that selfishness. First, second and third thought is how can I score. His fourth is usually an apology to his better placed colleague as the chance disappears. Thought he’d overcome that, hopefully he will get back in the groove second half.

  9. Neil, no Changes?

Ah guess he is Satisfied with his Original Line up

Mebbe, he knows more than Kojo!

    Hmmmmmmmm

    Kojo

    Agree about Pukki.

He should play off a central striker.

His forward partners are both to wide.

Can you ease up on the Liverpool/ Newcastle updates please. I’m recording to watch after Celtic game. You’re spoiling it for others. We’re only interested in Celtic at the moment.

The stage is set for oooooor Efe to get on the end of a set piece :))

  13. A game squeezed in between Internationals and Champions League. Hibs being given a free licence to try and put as many of our lads as possible out of the Ajax game. Given a clear offside goal. Bloody Hell they don’t half make it difficult for us but fear not t’will be all the better when we win it.

You’ve been around the block just like me mate, we’ve got to forget about the ref, get stuck in too, put your body weight behind the tackle and lets see how many of those Hibs players really want to mix it.

I agree to the extent of one or two bookings but no more.

The ref should have booked the linesman for unsporting behaviour when he never raised the flag though.
