KASPER HOGH is probably the only Celtic player to be disappointed Kilmarnock ripped up their infamous Rugby Park plastic pitch in the summer.
The champions’ record £11million-plus signing, who played for two years on an artificial surface at Arctic Circle-based Bodo/Glimt, will lead the attack again in the second Premiership outing of the season at Neil McCann’s side on Sunday.
Hogh fired blanks in his debut against Dundee at Parkhead on Monday evening when last season’s 21-goal top scorer Benjamin Nygren headed in the points-clincher.

The Danish dangerman had three opportunities to claim a debut strike, but was out of luck on each occasion.
That led to hysterical comments from some demanding fans and, in the aftermath of his Paradise bow, the 6ft-plus frontman admitted on Sky Sports he needed “to go to shooting practice”.
Hogh added: “I also have to adapt to the grass. It’s a different thing for me.”
Martin O’Neill is convinced his big-money purchase will come good and dispel any doubts about his penalty-box prowess.
The Hoops boss, speaking to the Daily Record, insisted: “Oh, I don’t want to make any excuses now. He knew that we played on grass.
“He did say that when I was telling him I believed we have got the best groundsman in the business and we have got the best pitch, as well.
“He missed a few chances, but he will do fine.”
Hogh may not have made a lasting first impression, but the international attack-leader is determined to have the final word.
